  1. Do you think since my graphics card only has one HDMI port if I used a splitter that would solve it?
  2. Sounds good, PC cases also go on sale a lot too so keep your eyes peeled.
  3. Do not go for 1440p at this price range, instead go with good 1080p panels. You might be able to get two and your performance will be exponentially better than trying to get to 1440p. Heres a list for a quiet PC in your range: PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3Lx8xY Price breakdown by merchant: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3Lx8xY/by_merchant/ CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($329.99 @ SuperBiiz) CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($96.99 @ Jet) Motherboard: Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($148.49 @ OutletPC) Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($93.99 @ Jet) Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.66 @ OutletPC) Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Windforce OC Video Card ($376.59 @ Amazon) Case: Fractal Design Define R4 w/Window (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case ($79.99 @ Newegg) Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($74.70 @ OutletPC) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit ($88.58 @ OutletPC) Total: $1338.98 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2017-01-16 21:23 EST-0500
  4. If your GPU is running hot then I would buy a case to save your parts and keep them at optimum temperature. Go online and look at what the safe temperatures for your GPU is and if it is close to the top then I would buy the case. IF the GPU is running at a decently safe temperature then I would go for the SSD. Keep in mind though that SSD prices are dropping like crazy so if you buy the case now and save up a few more bucks then you can snag a SSD for a killer deal on the next set if sales.
  5. Definitely wait, PC parts always drop a ton in price a few years after release and you will be able to build yourself a monster pc then which will last you way longer.
  6. 8GB is alright for most gaming, but if you want to get into productivity such as Coding, Editing, etc... Get yourself at least 16GB based on the intensity of the work.
  7. Both of them areplugged into a HDMI port but one of them uses a display port adapter for the hdmi cable.
  8. So I have an LG 25um56 Monitor set up in 2560x1080 and I recently got a 2nd Monitor, a LG 25um57 (Just a refresh basically), and I am trying to run it at 2560x1080 as well and when I try it only registers 1920x1080. I have tried using a custom resolution and it has not worked so far. Any suggestions?
  9. Yea but how do I change it?
  10. Also, is there a custom comman I could do?
  11. So I bought a LG 25UM58-P Ultrawide Monitor thats resolution is 2560x1080, but my Windows 10 sets this up at 1920x1080, can I change that?
  12. It's in my house about 100 feet away and there is a modem into a router I think?
  13. I don't know, is there a way I can check?
  14. So I just built my PC and I'm not very good with Internet stuff so I got my Ethernet cord and plugged it into my computer and the Cat6 in the wall. When I boot up my computer it says I have no internet. Do I need a router or something to plug into the wall and then plug my computer into the router or something
