I'd go with this. Copy the post into notepad before proceiding
unplug your USB-C to ethernet adapter from your computer find a spare ethernet cable from your NAS to the location on your PC take note the current ip of your computer and the subnet  unplug ethernet cable from your computer, plug in the spare cable. go to your nas, unplug ethernet cable and use the spare cable configure your network adapter of the computer as 172.16.48.39, subnet mask 255.255.255.0 apply configuration and wait for a couple of minutes open the web browser try to connect to  172.16.48.40, you should access to your NAS. Change the IP as you like it Revert the steps and the configuration of your network adapter on the PC. Restore previous internet cabling access. If you're still willing to have two network adapters, the one "dedicated" to the NAS should be without any gateway configured (on both sides). I cannot understand your goal for two network adapter on your pc, but... whatever.

What exact model? Some models have issues with RTX 3000.
If you want a good PSU, don't buy a Seasonic with RTX 3000. To much issues. Corsair RMx 2018/2021, Fractal Design ION+, Super Flower Leadex III and XPG Core Reactor for example, are flawless.

I have a "work in progress" directory that includes a dedicated catalog and that I sync between my desktop and laptop. Once done I open my "archive" catalog and "import from another catalog" selecting the working one and import the folders I'm done with then move the actual file folder from within.

Best would be an antistatic bag to put the memory in, then place some bubblewrap around the RAM and then put it in a small cardboard box.
Can't really comfortably recommend anything else, as you want to avoid:
    - static electricity (which bubblewrap and other plastic stuff can build up)
    - protect the memory from falling

I have some good experience with just making a sleeve for the stick out of cardboard an shipping it in a small box with old newspaper... not the best but for me it worked so far

on a laptop or other PC, go to the motherboard manufacturer's website. Download the LAN drivers and put them on a USB. Plug that USB into the desktop and run the installer.

to turn it back on. This only happens when I put the pc to sleep. I've tried switching around the sata connectors on my motherboard around but that didn't do

The only way I planned to use the Vive is in room scale mode. The fact that the Rift's hand controllers aren't even out yet eliminates it as an option for me. Even so, for a room scale environment, the Vive's lighthouse sensors will still probably track better than the Rift's camera.

You literally can just get the current Xbox One controller plug it in with the included cable and it works just fine. That's what I do. Why do they need a Xbox controller dedicated for PC?
