I use borderless windowed so I can use my second monitor while in games.

So I have a really old computer that was a family computer but has since been turned into my gaming pc. No need for exact specs however I do have a thermaltake mx xaser vi case. I was cleaning it out and after a lot of fuss I realized the front intake was covered in dust, I removed the hard drive and the other empty slots but I can't remove the actual cage. I have tried looking at the manual and done everything it says to do for removing it but it won't budge. With the front fan blocked it's causing a lack of air intake so I can't run it for as long and as hard. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?
