  1. Woo it's December! Also hello everyone, long time no speak!
  2. Yeah but the insurance is fun on those
  3. Yeah, European licensing laws, I can do my larger restricted license (European category A2, so any motorcycle up to ~47bhp or a bike no more than ~95bhp unrestricted), using a Honda CB500 as my test bike.
  4. Just had my first ride on a larger motorcycle today (since I can now do my full license for that category), it was fun
  5. Don't want to get political, but they're kinda required over here by law now on all new vehicles (technically bikes are exempt but most modern ones will either have the headlight on, some sort of DRL, or both), I switched my DRLs (indicators) for DRL/indicator combos, just in case it makes a tiny difference.
  6. Neon yellow bike, with DRLs (daytime running lights), an LED headlight and a reflective backpack, even with a hi-vis vest how people miss me is beyond me.
  7. If he did hit me I would probably have been seriously injured only downside to motorbikes in the city centre.
  8. And constantly check around like your life depends on it, I was behind a van who almost sideswiped 2 cars in succession since they didn't look, good job I wasn't in the other lane
  9. Well, it's done Came out to my mom earlier today, then went on a rideout .
  10. Evening all Just had a lot to catch up on here O_O So much exciting stuff happening soon
  11. Woo went on my first motorcycle group rideout today
  12. Generally whatever it decides to be (although I do have it slightly long) - can't style much when you will constantly get helmet hair!
  13. How about just a Phenom X4 (first gen)? Mine got quite toasty whilst idling when I had the stock heatsink on!
  14. Yes, I do regret it afterwards
  15. If you think that's bad, I can eat a whole Battenberg cake in one sitting.
