  1. yea i know i will probably have to go for a skylake CPU. but thats fine there is plenty of good skylake i mean it will just end up being more expensive. But more powerful. Even though i believe the i7 4790k has better overclocking bench than the i7- 6700k
  2. Thanks. If i dont go with the sabertooth mark s, I will probably go with the z170 deluxe. Just to keep the white theme going hehe
  3. I hope it is. It will be my first build, up till now i have only added CPU, PSU and GPU to stock computers. I have never build one from scratch
  4. haha yea thats why i like it cuz its white and fancy. Plus i am planing on painting the thermaltech v21 that i just bought white and make it a theme for the new PC. Ill probably need to paint the PSU too. The armor is supposed to be a good heatsink for the mobo the good thing is that, it looks good
  5. nop ill probably buy a better GPU well one within my budget of course like a gigabyte gtx 950 extreme or a R9 290x
  6. those qx9775 though. Man i have a emachines et1831 hehe with a intel D945. I still have not ran any games in it because i probably wont be able to haha. But i did recently put in a R7 250x cuz thats all i could afford and a EVGA 600W PSU. but i want to build a new PC for myself problem is the money's haha. I just bought a thermaltec v 21 which is my first piece towards my new PC. Hopefully I will be able to get a i7 4790k soon go for it and have fun old PC's can be fun too
  7. The guy never sent the pics like he said he was going to *sniff* i was really hoping it was true. I guess it was not i am so sad. Now i will have to buy a retail i7 4790k. Well first ill have to get the mobo hehe.
  8. yes that is the only time i have sold a console to them. i actually bought my Fiance wii from them by trading my old PS3 games than adding a $10 off ticket from my power up rewards card and ended up paying like 10 dlls for the wii. the ps3 games i traded where not even good ones and i did not play them anymore. I bought another PS3 from them a while back, just because i was going through memory lane haha
  9. Plus i was there before when i went as low as selling my Xbox 360 to game stop haha
  10. You are right and I have known guys that need to make a quick buck and you are right you can get scammed by people who are selling stuff at market prices. I just want to make sure i am not getting scammed either way. thanks for your input though
  11. I will check if it works and i think i might go for it. I mean like they said before its a 125 loss but in the other hand it miight be a really good find
  12. He states he is not a big computer guy and knows what he bought and what he payed and that he knows he is selling it really cheap. I highly doubt he will be able to perform a benchmark for me or if he knows how to perform one. Unless since he said he plays games in it he should probably know how to run a benchmark
  13. I have texted the seller and asked for pictures of the CPU, but he sent the same pic as in the add he had on CL. I asked if he had any other pics beside that one and he stated that the CPU is at home and he could not take pics until later. He also said he does not want to scam me or is wasting my time which could come off as sketchy but at the same time not since, if he is really trying to sell this CPU and understands what it is, is an understandable statement, IDK if he would let me play around with his PC or if he has one at all since he did stated in the article that his "Angry GF" threw away most of his gaming items. He said he will send some pics at 5 pm
  14. Today while browsing Craiglist i found a i7 4790k for $125 USD. I am not sure if this is a scam or not but since this seems pretty cheap I wanted to ask around to see if other people have seen similar posts that ended up being scams Thank You
