Tried to poke out the batteri, but where not able to. Spent a long time doing that, but pretty sure I have had the battery out for said amount of time.

Can also confirm the machine has detected all the Ram earlier.

Tried re-seating the RAM to no effect

Used a multimeter to check the voltages out of the PSU, using a paperclip to power it on, not plugged into any components. Voltages all matched the on the box stamp. While the computer was posted I only managed to check the 12V before it died on me. Out of an unused connector of the PSU the 12V matched 12V. Have not been able to reset my BIOS, computer shuts down before I get anywhere and I can't see to find a Hardware switch for it.

Changed out the PSU and still not able to boot into Windows. Got into BIOS and took this picture: http://imgur.com/MlWnlXO Think there is something wrong with the MB?

Again, I'm not even able to boot into the BIOS without the Computer just shutting down. I get to see the cpu temp (24C) before it just shuts off.

Nope, and it looks like I will not be able to borrow one from my friends. Should I send in the PSU for a new one?

I don't have any extra PSU, is there any other way to find out?

Sorry, checked mye actual computer now, and I have a cx750m. There was a mistake in the specsheet. Should that still be the problem?

It shuts down completely and at once. Think that is hard power off. Not sure however. It's brand new. It is the second one I have. RMA'd the first one. Still quite new though, got it in february.

I have now reinstalled my OS, but i still have random shutdowns. Do you have any idea what this could be?
