    CPU pentium g3258 Motherboard GA-B86-D3H RAM 8GB(2x4gb)DDR3 HyperX White GPU STRIX R9 380 Case Thermaltake Core v21 Storage Caviar Blue 1gb PSU corsair 600w Operating System Windows 8.1 + Arch trying to upgrade windows 8.1 to windows 10 and this is what happens every time i try to install, when making a clean install (boot from usb) it just loads the files and then boots to windows 8.1
