  1. Hi All, At the moment I run my system (https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/LVGsqk) with 3 23" 1080p monitors, but for a while I have been thinking about selling 1 (or more) of the 1080p monitors and buying a larger 4k monitor. Having never used a 4k monitor before (for extended periods of time) I was wondering what you guys thought the best option would be for gaming, as well as some development work etc. I have included a poll for people with no time!! But have these additional questions: How would the 780 handle 1 4k monitor in games such as PUBG, CSGo etc? If you code/program are 4k monitors big enough to have multiple windows open at the same time? If you guys feel it is worth the upgrade to 4k what monitor would you recommend? At the moment I have no real budget am just looking for you opinion on the best setup for my needs. If you have any questions I am happy to answer. Thanks in a advance!!
  2. Hi All, I want to start taking photography more seriously and am looking to buy a DSLR camera. What would you guys recommend getting as a entry level DSLR? I am looking to spend around £500 (U.K.) and will use it mainly for landscape and other general photography. I have heard that the Nikon D3400 is decent, but want to get the opinion of people who know what they are talking about. Thanks in advance!!
  3. Hi all, I am looking to buy a new pair of headphones to replace my current headset. I will mainly be listening to music, gaming and other media (netflix, films etc.) and I would like to be able to use it with my phone (although I will usually use my IEM). I live in the UK and my budget is around £100 - I would also prefer for them to be closed backed. I have looked at the recommend section and am looking at the HD 280 Pros. But I am no audiophile so am not sure which are best for my use case. Hopefully I haven't missed anything. Thanks in advance.

  5. Hello guys, I am looking for a new headset under £150 (British Moneys) At the moment I am looking to get one of these two headphones: Audio Technica M50x or Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro I have researched these 2 and they seem to have pretty good reviews and I think that I will be able to use them without an amp/dac (Might get one later). Is there any better options within the price range? I am also looking at getting a mod mic, what is the sound quality like from these? I haven't done much research but I have heard good things about them. Any other suggestions are welcome! - Jam
  6. Hi Guys, I have had 14 2GB sticks of DDR2 RAM sitting in my draw for a while now, as far as i know it works. I was wondering what you guys think I should do with it. I kind of have 4 options: Buy a Motherboard, CPU and Case to build a HTPC with some of the sticks. How much would it cost to do this? and where would you get the parts from? (main reason I used this section) Sell the RAM, it isn't worth that much but I got it for free in the first place Give it away to someone, not sure who will need it. Leave it in the draw Thanks in advance, Jam
  7. Thanks, I have checked out your guide and I am going to order a cheap drone (The one you suggested) to get used to the flight controls and to see if I like it. After that would you suggest the Standard, Advanced or the Professional DJI Phantom?
  8. Recently I have decided I want to buy/build a drone, mainly for video capture. I have done some research, but haven't really come up with a solid choice. My budget is around £450-£800 (UK Moneys, preferably around £550) and as I said I mainly want to use it to record videos. I have narrowed it down to the 3 DJI Phantom 3's (They are: £424 Standard, £680 Advanced, £700 Professional) as they appear to be the most used on the market, the other option is too make one but I am not sure i that will give me as much freedom with the camera movement etc. I am happy to hear any other suggestions, as I am not really sure what I am doing!
  9. Hi Guys, I am looking for a new monitor for my setup, I already have 2 23 inch 1080p monitors which are the same. I mainly want to use it for work (text processing) and some light gaming. I have this: Graphics Card so I think it can manage 3 monitors I am not very experienced at buying monitors and have no clue what too look for. So I am asking for your help! I am looking for a bigger monitor (27 inch or more) and I am not fixed on any resolution. My budget is around £200. Thanks, Jam
  10. Hi, As the title suggests I am looking for a new phone, I am aiming to spend less than £500 (UK), to replace my slowly dying HTC mini 2. I want android. I have picked out 2 phones: OnePlus 3 (£329) or the Samsung S7 (£472). I was wondering which one you guys think is better. I want to try to get the best value for money. Any other suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
  11. My current monitors (they are the same): have 2x HDMI, 1x Display Port and 1x VGA. At the moment I am using the HDMI and Displayport on my graphics card.
  12. Hello, I am looking to get a third monitor! At the moment I have 2 23" 1080p monitors running off a single GTX 780 (Here) using the HDMI and Display Port (my current monitors don't have DVI). I am looking for another (maybe slightly bigger) 3rd monitor (I am not sure about a budget yet) used for gaming so it doesn't need to be anything special. Another question I have is: Will my graphics card be able to run all 3 monitors? and how should I connect them? I don't know much about monitors so the post might be missing some info, ask if you need any. Thanks
  13. I am thinking about getting the Roccat Kone Pure Laser, would you recommend any particular hard mouse mat? or are they all the same? Thanks for all your help it is really useful.
  14. 1st measurement is: 17.5cm 2nd is: 10cm
  15. Hey Guys, I am looking for a new mouse, as my old one isn't too great and it's a lil broken. I am not really sure what makes a mouse "Good", I like the look of this: Rival 300 But I am not sure if it is good. Is this a good mouse for a palm grip? or do you suggest any other mouses? My budget is around £50-60 British money. Thanks in advance!
