  1. i read it all ahah and i see your.
  2. i was honestly just looking for opinions, and sorry to some for thinking its a "shit posting". Ill definitely keep my PC along getting a console. I do agree with most of you. thanks
  3. Hello there, before you lash out and sigh at this "age old thread", hear me out. I own a custom built PC that is my pride and joy, i love it. Recently i noticed that PCs are not getting any love from game developers, PC parts getting more and more expensive and mainly the fact that you have very low re-sale value. A PC that costs 2000 dollars wont bring back anything close to its value which is shameful. where consoles on the other hand have better developer support and over all better re-sale value. I still believe the PC has a better overall community and a superior graphics performance as well as multi applications uses with the ease of use from the mouse and keyboard. With the console however, you get the comfort of a coach and joy of many split screen gaming with friends. I am leaning toward selling my gaming pc, downgrade to a small Lenovo or dell PC and game on my console. what are your thoughts on the current situation the PC community is facing and my idea of switching ? ib4, im a looser and know nothing about PCs. thanks.
  4. i just bought the TI 36x pro, and as an engineering student not allowed a programmable calculator, this is the scientific calculator that i would recommend. i would love to upgrade my TI 84 plus though
  5. Not really, i bought a couple of their products, done a review, and requested items from them for review. a very untrue assumption, but whatever. i didnt find it to bug me that much since it just sits on the side all the time. one thing though is that the m8 got hotter than usual when charging with this charger. I didnt notice that with the other phones so im not sure why that happened.
  6. smart watch. http://goo.gl/ktnYBJ http://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00WJL6I54/ref=twister_B00X6AG6BS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Giving it to my brother who got his life together and is about to finish his schooling. he still asks for my help when it comes to anything remotely related to computers. He has been asking lately if these smart watches are good. good luck people
  7. Thanks man, new to this and trying to improve. Appropriate the feedback.
  8. It is a hard job to test a wall adapter, so I decided to gather different phones that support QUALCOMM 2.0 technology. The phones I used where HTC m8, note 4 and Samsung galaxy 5. I first tested the phones by charging them using a standard 2A wall adapter on 120V and then using the Mpow adapter. The results varied between approximately 40-50% faster charging in favor of the Mpow charging adapter. SO does this wall adapter provide an advantage? Absolutely yes. This is a great product that shortened the wait time for me on days when im in a rush, or just need that little quick charge for when on the go. The quality is great, made of shiny plastic that is very sturdy, about the size of a MacBook charger making it relatively small and compact. Came with a medium length charging cable that I found very handy when not wanting wires hanging everywhere. Most important thing about this product was that it is QUALCOMM certified. This rested my worries since I didn’t want to damage battery using knock offs. My only con is that i was hopping it would include a second port for charging. Thanks to mpow for providing this sample for review and testing. I do recommend this product if you lost or need an extra adapter.
  9. Mpow magneto is a stand out to what all other companies should be doing with their products. These headphones are quite great in terms of build quality and sound for the price. I used these headphones for about a week during my gym workouts, running and occasionally studying. Below is every part review detailed. In terms of quality, it’s magnificent. The bushed metal feel on the outside gives a premium feel to the touch. The controls are very tactical, you get a play/pause button, and volume up and down buttons. The wire connecting the earpieces is long enough to fit around any neck size and is made of flat wire. Biggest feature though is that they are like the name implies “magnetic”, the two pair of ear pieces snap together when close to each other making it great to secure around the neck when not used, AND it also acts as a play/pause button. In terms of sound, these headphone sound drivers were designed with more bass in mind. The do have heavier bass than my other workout headphones and to say the least, I didn’t find it quit enjoyable when listing to songs that carry heavy bass. The box comes with the normal extra ear pieces and it also includes three different sizes for ear fins that keep them secure in the ears, especially when running. During my daily testing, I found these headphones to be most suitable for daily routine, light running and working out. To test how durable and stable in the ear they are, I decided to wear them when doing my jumping rope routine which lasts for 15 minutes and to my surprise, they didn’t fall out of my ear at all. That being said, I did have to push them back in a little after. Battery life was GREAT, they lasted me for 4 days with no problem what so ever, they do last long due to having a slightly bigger earpieces that provide the extra juice. My only con for these headphones is that they don’t come with wire clips to tie the wire together. That makes for a minor con that only bothers me since im very nitpicky, but I would say it would fit most people’s needs. They are great pair for the price and definitely are worth the money, giving more expensive brands a run for their money. Thanks to mpow for providing this sample for review and testing. I would recommend this product.
  10. If you are looking for regular or Bluetooth headphones that you can wear around school, take with you to the gym for a quick workout or simply just sit and do work on your desk, then these headphones are for you. First off, the packaging. The headphones come in a big box with the internals surrounded by soft foam to insure safe delivery. Aside from the standard size earphone, you get 2 different size ear pieces, and a short micro usb cable for charging and the usual small manual. Taking a look at the product itself, we have two magnetic ear pieces that are housed at the tips. We also have a volume up and down with the power button on the right side. On the left side we have the skip buttons and a multifunction button that acts as play and pause. Powering on for the first time, you will notice that the headphones vibrate to indicate being turned on with a message playing through the ear phones as well. The vibration motor is great when receiving calls, and the sound quality is amazing. Due to having sound driver housed around the neck, you get to have an amazing bass and treble experience in comparison to other Bluetooth headphones I used. Sound was very loud which had me lower my device volume at times. I tried these in most day to day type of situations and found myself forgetting them around my neck or having them in my ear. Comfort level was amazing, being snug and fit nicely in the ears. I sometimes tend to tuck it under my sweatshirt or hoodie and just have the ear pieces coming out making it pretty much invisible. Taking these headphones to the gym brings up a situation. While they are great for weight lifting and light jogging, having them on during an intense run with loose clothing can result in the base bouncing on your collar bone. This was avoided when tucked under a fit shirt neck area. Battery life was great with it lasting over a week and more with light daily use during studying and gym. I found myself using these during day to day activities more and more. From washing the dishes to cleaning my place. They have great range and I tend to keep them connected to my PC to listen to music while walking around my apartment. These headphones are a great welcoming edition to the ever growing market of Bluetooth headphone, providing both great build quality and astounding sound for a budget price. This review was based on a couple week use of a review sample sent by Mpow.
  11. Using the Mpow seals was a great experience. First off, the packaging was good enough to secure the product and avoid damage during shipment. Inside the box we find a small manual, a charging cable (micro usb) and two extra ear size pieces. The headphones fit very snug in the ear, the desgin might seem weird but the fact that it wraps around the ear helps even secure it more. A small section after the ear piece is made of flexible hard material to suit the ear shape and fit around. I tested the headphones during my shopping trips and at the gym (doing weight lifting and running). To my surprise, the ear pieces didn’t nudge once. They were fit and firm all the time. The sound quality was great with nice loud bass and mid trebles. Noise cancelation was decent, blocking treadmill and other equipment sounds when off and any other sound when powered on. The range was better than expected with it only being disturbed when im in a distance of over 7-9 meters away from my transmitting device, or being separated by a couple walls. The device controls include a power on/off button that is also used to connect the device when held down and as play/pause when pressed once, a volume up and down buttons that can be used to skip songs when held. The Mpow seals definitely hold up to their claim of sweat proof and great battery life, Battery life has lasted me about a week with a couple hours of daily use. I had no trouble with comfort with the earpieces never falling and the controls not jumping around my neck due to the little wire straps that are included to adjust the wire length I really tried to find a con with these headphone but couldn’t. The mic was great, build quality rivaled high end makers, and sound was flawless. These Bluetooth headphones provide great value at a low cost. If you have an active life style or love exercising, then these are the headphones for you. Thanks to Mpow for providing this sample for testing and review purposes.
