  1. Should be fine how you have it laid out VLANS and decos always seem have an issue in my experience!
  2. Are you going to be using any vlans? AP Mode for the deco's in my experience
  3. Knew it was Malware. New install of windows for you, sir
  4. Run something like Malwarebytes and post results.
  5. You don't do any cyrpto mining do you? I would run a virus scan to check for any gremlins.....
  6. Hey all I've had this issue with my PC for a while now; starting to annoy me massively. Very temperamental. Will work for a month straight with no issues and then be plagued every day. So, I'm going to jump to a new platform. I currently have the R7 5800x paired with a MSI X570 Meg Ace board. I could fetch around £350-£400 for both (eBay Prices) Would it be sensible to jump to the i5 12400f plus a Gigabyte B660 Gaming X DDR4. I'm aware I lose 2 cores in the process. Both can be had for around £350 new for me Thoughts? George
  7. I bet when that 5mb HDD was new people never thought they'd fill it up. I'm currently using 3.4TB out of my 4TB on my current machine.....
  8. Budget (including currency): £1500 (Pounds) Country: UK Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA Games. Got a 1440p 60hz monitor Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): PC Part Picker link https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/pQbYd9 Any thoughts?
  9. Totally normal. It fooled me too when I first got my gpu many many moons ago. George
  10. Use Macrium reflect to clone the drive I always clone a bigger HDD to a smaller SSD works just fine https://forum.macrium.com/21582/Cloning-to-a-smaller-SSD
