Ok so the BenQ one over the ASUS but is Free Sync in CS:GO even useful? Is there a way I can max my fps at 144?

I heard the same thiing but people also said messing around in the settings a bit can fix that on the VG24.

From what I've read Source games on Windows 10 will not work with FreeSync so I plan to use Windows 8.1 with either one of these monitors.
