first of all, make sure they're in slot 2 and 4. 
then set the soc to 1.1 and dram to 1.35, go for 3200 with docp enabled and check. if that work.
go for 3600 with docp and check if that's stable.

I moved the RAM into slots 2 and 4 and the problem is fixed. System is running stable at 3600MHz. Thanks a lot for your help with this.

Hey guys, I just got a new SSD and I was wondering how to get my windows 8.1 on it. I've read a few things about just re-installing the OS but that wouldn't work as I've already used the activation key, right?
If I was able to do this how would I uninstall the OS from my current HDD.
I've already formatted the SSD and everything, I'm just waiting until I figure out how to move the OS. Any help is welcome.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not an expert on storage devices so I don't know much about what makes an SSD fast lol, but it's at very reasonable price so I will look it up. Thanks again.
