not sure if it will apply to yours, but my arris router was doing the exact same thing pretty much to a t. turns out it was trying to install a firmware update over and over again and failing. called my provider and they forced the update and that fixed it completely. i would call your provider and see if your router needs any updates, long shot, but maybe.

Hello recently I acquired a Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Windforce OC, 6GB, DDR6, Rev 2.0 - GV-R56XTWF2OC-6GD, but to my surprise whenever I start the PC in the initial seconds where the bios logo should appear, the message " input not supported "and seconds later shows the normal windows screen try to enter the bios or install the video card drivers from 0 also generate the same problem, testing on my tv in the room the bios normally appears only on my monitor does not appear anyone Do you have any idea what that might be?
I saw many other people experiencing the same problem with different monitors so it is not a specific problem of mine.

A fan is a fan. The issue is that such a small fan moves a relatively small volume of air fairly quickly. Your typical ceiling fan moves a large volume of air rather slowly.
 
I could imagine the noise being annoying and a small "stream" of fast moving air being somewhat uncomfortable. The rather slow moving air from a large ceiling fanis probably better in that regard.

That simply wont work, Plus all the Wiring youd have to do, as well as the actual air movement is quite minimal. There are reasons this isnt a thing 😜

It can be done but  a ceiling fan will obviously be better, look at cfm (cubic feet per minute)
ceiling fans from basic googling usually do around 4000-10000 cfm depending on model and size obviously
 
a 120mm case fan would do about from 40-60
 
but then you are also able to spread out the case fans to apread out the movement of the air in the room than just the one central area of a ceiling fan
 
I would personally do 180mm fans as they would still look like case fans but actually be able to move more air

the 4770k has an iGPU, if you really wanted to test a difference you can take out the gpu and test the drive

It looks like the header for the fan is on the board, right where the heatpipe changes colour from copper to black.

Thermal paste and power delivery isn't what is massively affected from overclocking. Modern cards have enough VRM protection to be sure the VRM doesn't up and die. And thermal paste is literally a consumable. The physical silicon degrades faster through electromigration and silicon oxide breakdown which are induced by higher current and temperatures, and voltage and temperatures respectively.

Your best bet would be to use a 3.5mm to RCA cable. Hook the red and white cables into the back and you'll be set. Check out the manual for this receiver here to read about the different inputs.

How are you connected? Wifi? Ethernet?
 
What are your speedtest results?

I believe nvidia can now use freesync as well so there shouldnt be any issues with going either side
New amd gpus are set to be released soon too
 
I doubt you will be bottlenecking your gpu with a 6700k, especially at 1440p where the load is on the gpu more than the cpu
 
Why are you actually wanting to upgrade? unless youre feeling you really must upgrade I would wait until new hardware is released for better price to performance.
