  1. can you possibly record a video and upload it? It could be something else but we have no further information, try reseating as much as you feel comfortable with, check that your CPU power cable is in tight, the 24pin mobo is in, reseat the RAM, you could also have configured your pins for the case power button wrong, which is pretty common
  2. If its been working, then you have nothing to worry about; this, it was probably changing the boot order with the ssd instead of a usb drive or a network drive etc
  3. This could be your gpu on its way out, or even your psu, even though youve underclocked, it may not be able to handle a load and the device locks up

Microsoft is actually quite good with things like this if you call them and explain your situation if at the end of the day nothing works, you can buy cheap keys on ebay or kinguin
  5. Your system isnt registering that its using your 970, and is stating its using your integrated graphics try reinstalling your nvidia drivers, and disabling your integrated graphics, and maybe even disabling and reenabling your 970, this can be done in that device manager you had open (you may need to go into bios for disabling integrated) ensure that ALL your cables are plugged into the video card and not your motherboard then if that still doesnt work id suggest reseating your gpu
  6. do you mean your stream on twitch is only 60? you can only go up to 60 on twitch however if you mean your game feels like its being capped when your streaming, there is usually an option to limit the framerate of your application in your streaming software to whatever your streaming it at
  7. is it ONLY happening with your mouse or does it do this with other usb devices?
  8. I think youre confusing response time with refresh rate maybe? You want lower response times, and want higher refresh rates (when gaming) Yes Again I think youre confusing reponse time with refresh rate, however a normal 1440p monitor will have the same refresh rate as a normal 4k monitor, 60hz (or 60 fps if its easier to understand) The only way youre gonna have a "smoother" experience is to go to a 144hz monitor at either 1080p or 1440p. The difference between 1440p and 4k is like the difference between 720p and 1080p, if you want productivity, and want to play games on your xbox, go 4k, since an xbox can upscale to 4k without issues 1440p is basically 4 720p screens aligned in a 2x2 grid, where as 4k is like 4 1080p screens aligned in a 2x2 grid, youre gettling ALOT more resolution and workable area Scaling isnt much of a problem as you can change that easily in windows. 1080p is still probably one of the best sweet spots for gaming, especially since you can get better refresh rates/frames at that resolution The monitor you chose would be great, however id actually look into going for a physically larger monitor maybe if you want 4k so you dont have to increase scaling However ill still always stand by 3 1080p monitors
  9. Microsofts Movie Maker is free and easy to use and can do what youre asking
  10. if the change in resolutions worked then im 100% sure its your tv and its scaler pcs and tvs dont really interact that well, ESPECIALLY over HDMI, i always had issues with my old tv as a monitor not showing the right boundaries and the image was always blurry, so i just went full vga maybe try to get a displayport to hdmi adapter and see if that works?
  11. an amp would defintely help, but maybe try plugging them into a phone or laptop / other computer and see if you have the same problem
  12. your vrms will be fine the liquid cooler could be better, but you will survive and it would be better than an air cooler
  13. use ddu to fully reinstall your drivers also try reinstalling your directx also is it only the app that locks up/crashes? are there error messages? at startup or during play>? if it persists it may be an issue with the card itself
  14. This. also theres no point in getting the g version as youre getting a gpu anyway the Ryzen 3 is cheap, but youll get cheap performance to go with it
  15. not saying any cpu or the one you have now is bottlenecking your cpu now and the ones you have tried arent very high end, of course youre going to have a little bit of issues with smoothness looking into areas where there are many objects on the screen i also told you to try and cap to 60fps before, but capping fps also introduces non smoothness issues, but at the same time it aids with the cpu struggling to push frames, if possible in your game maybe add 10fps to your limit your cpu is heavily underclocked in the video as well, it could just be doing that for power savings as it might not need to be going full tilt, however you could try and change that in your bios and see if there are any differences you would be experiencing random shutdowns and reboots if your psu wasnt supplying enough power, not a performance limit
  16. sounds like a usb interface initialisation issue on your system, not your keyboard, especially if its working on your other system fine in device manager go into your universal serial bus controllers and see if you can troubleshoot any issues, update drivers or enable/disable them, or if any have the warning triangle icon for any issues maybe let the system turn on with the keyboard plugged in and not working and leave it in, navigate to this screen to see if there are any issues also obviously go into the keyboard tab to see if there are any issues or differences when you unplug and plug it in
  17. actually a strange issue to diagnose do you have another monitor to plug in at the same time to see what the system is doing/ if it stays running? your system and game are still running so theres no crashes or anything with the driver it seems maybe try setting the display resolution in windows to 1080p for a minute and just try the game again and see if the issue persists maybe see if HDCP is interfering, i have to turn my monitor off and on again now and then watching netflix could you maybe also list the model number of your tv and what gpu you have? also your tv is set to 1970 lol
  18. you just keep going and dont actually listen to what people say, then keep testing and assuming its something that just doesnt make sense your cpu its only running at 2300mhz, and the usages across the cores are fairly high how on earth would an ssd be causing smoothness issues on the desktop youll also never have true full smoothness with your cpu, sorry but its the truth, you need to upgrade it if you want better performance without issues
  19. tv scalers are a bit weird with pc, especially through hdmi See if there is a game/pc mode on your tvs on screen display in geforce experience -> change resolutions change scaling from gpu to display, or from display to gpu and see if it changes anything
  20. there are a few cheaper lenovo yogas, like the yoga 300 (there are non touch models though) that can be folded into a laptop/tablet and you can get some styluses for them, but im not sure if it would have the same experience as a surface im not sure if you can find it where you are but in aus there is a tablet called the kogan atlas that is like a budget version of a surface find some refurbished stuff on ebay
  21. try and change your scaling options in gf experience/amd adrenalin from gpu to display, or display to gpu, whatever it is currently, tvs scalers work a little different than monitors and usually cause issues also see if there is a game mode on the tv that should be why it works on windowed and not fullscreen, different games like rocket league use fullscreen in a different way, idk how to explain it if it still doesnt work try to use windowed borderless whereever you can
  22. if you went this route you would need a gpu if you dont already have one
  23. sounds like either the gpu is crashing from whatever sort of issue, driver, hardware, power delivery etc, or it could be a psu fault, 520 should probably be enough but maybe try one with a higher wattage if you can and test it best you can do is try to get someone else who has parts and test different things
  24. its your cpu not being able to handle the load, the r3 2200g is good, but its not amazing either this causes it to take longer to push frames to your gpu/monitor, increasing frametime resulting in that laggy less fluid feel, you can try to rectify this by turning off everything in the background, but otherwise your cpu isnt strong enough to keep a consistent frametime
