  1. Use DDU to uninstall your drivers and radeon software, then redownload them from amds site
  2. It looks like its just scrolling at random Change your mouse and keyboard temporarily and see if the issue persists
  3. Thats it boys, the internet needs a quick restart for the night
  4. the 4770k has an iGPU, if you really wanted to test a difference you can take out the gpu and test the drive
  5. There may be an option to set it to SATA instead of pcie in the bios
  6. Australia pricing is quite wack, I recommend watching Tech YES City on youtube as he is a fellow Aussie and shows lots of good deals and bargain hunts The best you can do is try to get a secondhand system and spend that money on a gpu and some ram/storage This is the best youll get brand new and itll be low 1080p / mid 720p gaming, this is by literally sorting on cheapest price on pcpartpicker, so doesnt factor in the price from one retailer or shipping PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3400G 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Processor $245.30 @ Newegg Australia Motherboard Gigabyte B450M H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard $99.00 @ Austin Computers Memory G.Skill Aegis 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory $46.20 @ Newegg Australia Storage Western Digital AV-GP 500 GB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive $35.64 @ Amazon Australia Case Deepcool Wave V2 MicroATX Mini Tower Case $35.40 @ Device Deal Power Supply Thermaltake TR2 500 W ATX Power Supply $59.00 @ BudgetPC Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total $520.54 Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-08-10 14:38 AEST+1000 This would also be decent for 1080p gaming PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor $159.00 @ Umart Motherboard Gigabyte B450M H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard $99.00 @ Austin Computers Memory G.Skill Aegis 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory $46.20 @ Newegg Australia Storage Western Digital AV-GP 500 GB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive $35.64 @ Amazon Australia Video Card EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 2 GB SSC GAMING Video Card $181.80 @ Device Deal Case Deepcool Wave V2 MicroATX Mini Tower Case $35.40 @ Device Deal Power Supply Thermaltake TR2 500 W ATX Power Supply $59.00 @ BudgetPC Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total $616.04 Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-08-10 14:45 AEST+1000
  7. How long are you waiting? installing new parts will take a while for the system to do anything on the first boot Make sure your display is plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard Are fans spinning? any lights?
  8. Try: 1. Open Outlook 2. Select File, Office Account 3. Under Account Privacy, choose Manage Settings 4. Check the box Enable optional connected experiences
  9. If both ISP's are saying that that area is only eligible for those speeds it would be due to the physical infrastructure to your home The only thing you can try for a better speed is try to get cable or fiber installed by contacting your local council or an ISP, maybe mayor or whoever in your local government about the internet, and ask or suggest if there are plans to improve, but if you had to pay costs for a specific install to your home you will be paying $$$
  10. I mean you could just use the calender app, which can add events from emails and have notifications and reminders before the event starts
  11. The ryzen 4000 series is supposedly coming soon, if you want the best id wait until then so you could get a 4000 chip or a R5 3600 or even an R7 for way cheaper Competitor A you can drop the RAM down to 3000 or 3200MHZ and better clocks for a better price and potentially get the same or better performance, the R5 3600 will give the best value Competitor B - The i5 10400 isnt worth it in the range, the 3600 and 10600 will beat it out in everything besides maybe temps now and then since its just not as powerful Competitor C - for strict game performance you will have the best experience with the 10600, or if you could squeeze more out of it with a K model but at that point youre drawing way more power than the Ryzen and youre getting worse ram Imo the Ryzen chip seems to be unbeat in this
  12. Theres a power connector to the right of the one that is plugged in that you havent connected That will be why. Your powersupply might have a 4+2 connector, or maybe not one at all, you may need a new psu
  13. Strange, it says its a 4590 (congrats, thats what youve got) running at 3.5ghz but for whatever reason the spec says 4470 @3.3, maybe an engineering sample or who knows
  14. https://scigwl.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=796 It may have been a chip released on the asian market, just looks like a 100mhz increase on the 4460
  15. If theres no post and no usb theres a chance theres something going on with the CPU, you may have to try and see if you installed it the right way around unless youre sure you did No power at all concerns me even on the motherboard however since everything looks to be lighting up, do you have another keyboard or mouse to try? some require drivers to install before they can be used and wont work in bios
  16. the new xbox controllers will be virtually the same besides slightly grippier shoulder button/triggers and a different dpad, if you play fighting style games the dpad might be worth the wait, the original xbox one controllers might also come down in price The new controller looks like it would be usb type c which is miles better than the micro usb on the current xbox and ps4 controller, im going to get dualshock 5 purely for the usb c, as micro b tends to fall out easily
  17. Did you plug in CPU Power? I cant see from the photo is there a fitment issue with having the gpu in the bottom pcie slot? id try moving it to the first, and again make sure the display cable is plugged into the graphics card and not something on the motherboard So does it just not post at all? if you spam f2/del you cant get into bios
  18. Were the any sounds coming through when this happened? You said it went black screen, not shut off originally? This can happen with a reset, not an indication of GPU failing Youre giving two stories here, one where it goes to black screen no signal and one where it shuts off?? I would start with looking into the power supply however before the graphics card as its alot cheaper if you want to try it as a replacement, otherwise if it wasnt your gpu and you bought another youre stuck with two
  19. can you show us a picture of that back of your case and a picture of inside with the side panel off to make sure you plugged in power? Also you may want to look at more than 550w power supply for those specs if it randomly shuts down
  20. What are your specs? Does it power on? fans spin? If youre using amd Ryzen make sure youre plugging into a graphics card and not the motherboard as it has no integrated graphics Are you using usb on the motherboard or the case? did you plug the usb header for the case into the motherboard?
  21. That just sounds software related, if youre really concerned you can try to update paint or get paint.net from microsoft, slow shapes in paint is by no means a performance indicator for modern technology
