I'm looking to buy an upgrade for my PC (motherboard and CPU) The CPU is not overclockable, so do I need to buy another cooler for my CPU. is the stock cooler not enough?? Provided mainly gaming is the purpose...

Guys, My HP g7-2017cl laptop is beeping on startup. and boots into windows.... I tried reinserting the ram into different slots but it never works... HDD works fine....
