Its a DRAMLESS SSD. Thats what happens when you fill its SLC cache, it slows down till its pretty much as stated. ADATA drives have been known to have issues so it could be both a faulty drive AND the fact that its a DRAMLESS SSD. Games wont have a problem because they dont constantly write to the drive filling up the cache, same thing with reading. You bought the wrong SSD for the job. You should have bought one with DRAM.

That is not true at all, that is not how some of those work Once installed they will ALWAYS be running. Valorants is always on, even when game isnt running as well as a few other ones that have that level of access .

I avoid all games that use that type of anti-cheat because it has been proven that they do not provide anything better then other anti-cheat. For the potential risk of having it vs any sort of benefit, i just dont play those games.

Yeah you are SOL. Gigabyte is not going to cover a second hand GPU like that more then likely. Most of the companies wont transfer warranty to a new owner, EVGA was one of the only companies willing to do that.

13400 is not a traditional 10 core. Its basically 6 core+ 4 slow cores that wont be utilized by most games. So what you should be asking are the 6 cores of the 13400 faster or slower then the 7600x 6 cores (Not really they should perform roughly the same). Games are not Optimized for lower cores persay, its moreso that its a usage and utilization thing. It varies Game dev to game dev, some use 2-4 cores, some use 4-6, some use as many as you can throw at them. There is no one method to the game devs. Most games benefit from more cache (hence why the 7800x3D is so strong), the speed of the cores, and the IPC (instructions per clock) with a few other factors.

Completely irrelevant in terms of that as they should be from different manufactures.. You are trying to have an issue with hardware having hard caps as the panel was not designed to run at that speed so there are some caps in place to prevent it from bricking. Its nice that it can even Overclock to 74hz, but to be expecting it to be able to just do things because you want it to? No. Is it fun to tinker and see how far you can push it? Sure. You will need to do custom Firmware flashing and potentially brick it.

What exactly are you expecting from a bare minimum monitor? Why would they make them more capable when that costs them more money for a bare minimum one? This is dell, if they can they WILL charge more for features.

Do you do anything else besides gaming? Because 7950x as a gaming cpu makes absolutely 0 sense, no matter its price being "cheaper". Did you not listen to the people saying how much of a bad idea it was to choose the 7950x over the 7800x3D for gaming? At this point id wait, 7950x is more then enough until ryzen 9000 launches if you want to sell now though and buy a 7800x3D thats up to you. Makes it much better for games but if you do other stuff that made you buy the 7950x in the first place you will be missing out.

Im not sure what the point of this is exactly? Are you trying to sell it or just to say you have it? It would be considered high end. Low end is Bare minimum specs stuff, Mid is usually using 13400/5600, GPU RTX 3050/3060 or RX 6600XT type, anything beyond that is high end.

How many of those were reviewers and such that have now returned them. Id bet at least 25-40% got returned at minimum of that 200k total. Take the braindead fans that buy everything apple even if they have no use: id estimate to say after returns its been about 75k-100k units sold. Gonna roast you because for the price of that card+ waterblock you could have gotten a 4080super. Its not worth it to custom loop it. Theres some around but youd have to see if the 4070 ti Strix and the Super Strix have any differences. Based on most reports they are identical cards from other 4070 ti to Super cards, but there may be some minor changes on this specific one.

Not for 1440p OLED. Other then that you can easily go down the rabbit hole of 1440p 144hz-240hz IPS displays. Doesnt make sense to spend more then 350$ on a 1440p Monitor at this point when the OLEDs are coming down in price. So you must make that choice since you didnt really give a budget. Gigabyte M27QX was one of the better IPS ones but its 400$, usually goes on sale for 300$ish.

Theres only 2 1440p panels you can choose from, Last years LG panels 240hz WOLED (or the slightly updated one that was quietly released last month), and this years samsungs QD OLED 360hz. You can pick and choose which vendor you want to buy them from. Last years models will be priced down a bit now.

Their CPU has 500mhz more, GPU 100mhz (i can easily see that just being silicon quality on GPU) i highly doubt its shunt modded, more then likely just cooling/ custom bios. Shunt modding on laptops generally is even more sketchy then just on Desktop ones.

Get a better case. Get a BE Quiet! case and turn the fans up higher and place it further away. Coil whine is a multi factor issue, but there is no guarantee to avoid it.
