    Based on price I can get a 5600x for 180ish on Amazon or 12600k for 270ish from Best Buy. For 1080p gaming with my 3060 is it worth saving a little and getting the 5600x?

    I wouldnt recommend gigabyte either. What if I told you there was more to power delivery then just the number of VRM physically on the board itself. Edit: My opinion still stays the same either asus rog board or evga anything else is a bit of wasted time and money in my book. Missing simple features is pretty bad and when you water cool ripping apart a loop to remove a cmos battery is pain in the ass. If your heavily OC'ing and not on water your wasting your time.

    To each his own can’t beat EVGA customer support and rma process. That alone for some is worth the extra money and the ability to OC easily and be able to pop a better cpu in the future is something to consider as well.

    If you can swing it get the asus dark hero mobo or the asus X570. Had nothing but good luck with asus and EVGA boards. Personally I prefer the evga boards. Both have good AI overclocking and have clear cmos buttons which is a life saver feature. I know you can clear cmos in other ways but its just too convenient and Ive gotten to the point if it doesn't have this feature I pass on the board entirely.

    With my asus z590 board I need to plug in the mobo hdmi in order to get to the bios for some reason. Try using HDMI instead of display port if you arent already using hdmi.

    I can say that when I worked at a dealership if a car needed to be driven to reset the readiness monitors the inspect would reset it then drive it a with a device plugged into it. That's about all I know not sure why they went that fast though.

    Eh Ill stil with my S21 Ultra over anything asus when it comes to phones.

    Understandable. For me it was 10 bucks a month for the service. In the end my bill is around 80 a month for 4gb of premium data then it’s 3g unlimited. I usually only use a few gigs of data a month so it’s not a big deal for me.

    Got a iPhone 12 Pro as my daily driver. Project fi had a deal and with trade in I’m getting 750 in credit so I won’t have to pay off the phone till the next 8 months. Using the s21 ultra as a small tablet to watch movies and shows on at my desk. Got the Apple Watch 6 with service for when I go hiking/working out when the weather gets warmer out. Also good if I’m out and my phone battery dies I can still text/call people. So far I like both phone OS and eco systems as well as my pc and my MacBook. If it’s possible to have both, both platforms have lots of positives over the other.

    Same thing I saw online. Guess my job is just doing some illegal stuff then. District manager just said we have layers we are allowed to do this we have a lot of lawyers we are doing what the guidelines say to do.

    Update, all our shop does is change oil but somehow they got labeled as essential so as per cdc essential workers don’t need to quarantine so legally can’t do anything about them firing us for not coming back till everyone is tested and confirmed negative. How the hell was a quick lube place considered essential?

    Knowing the US they have more lawyers I'd probably just lose a legal case against them. Thats why ive been trying to find another job but covid is making that close to impossible.

    Honestly don't know why they think it's ok to not get everyone tested then wait for everyone to get results back.

    I feel like they'll still get away with it but anything to help myself and my fellow co workers not to mention our customers from getting infected needlessly is good.

    So I work in NY and 2 out of the 8 employees at my job tested positive for covid. I and another worker are staying home till we get test results. The two confirmed cases have close contact with everyone at the shop. Higher ups are trying to get anyone who doesn't come into work in trouble and possibly fire myself and others. Not sure what I can do. Or if what they are doing is illegal.

    Just bought a macbook air base model for school. So far the battery life is amazing and typing on it is actually really good for a laptop! So far I didnt know how much id like it but so far im loving it! (M1 chip)
