i think that the evga ftw z370 has strong vrm not sure if they update quick i can wait i guess.

should i just return my i7 8700k and wait for the i7 9700k/i9? since i still got like a week of return left. i think it should be out in 1-2 months also to those oc, i got my i7 at 5hz. on the evga ftw z370 board , but for some reason when i put 1.3v i get 1.36-1.37v on windows.

its because my old build had it. It was gpu/cpu cooled trying to use most of the parts from the old build . Just got tired of big case nzxt 810. So i'm trying to use just the 360 rad. Not the 240. old build

Parts i have. xspc d5 270 res, 360 xspc rad/240 rad. So i'm really trying to buy a matx case. But it has to fit a 360 rad. I know that Fractal Design Meshify C , can fit a 360 in the front & 240 at the top. I don't really need to install the 240 rad. since i only want to cool the cpu. not gpu.Gpu 1080 evga ftw2. also Phanteks Enthoo Evolv matx can 360 front 240 top. But my problem is where am i going to be able to put the reservoir/pump. I just want a Matx board to try to overclock to 5hz on a i7 8700k. i've always had a full tower case. So i'm finally going to go Matx case/board. So can i get any recommendations on some Matx board. I really don't see much on newegg & the ones i see people are saying that are bad oc. Under 150$

Well i sold 3 card in the last 2-3days. 2 1080 hybrid & 1 Ti FTW3. the 1080 for 700$ each, used for 2 months & a ti FTW3 used for like 7 months, for 900 USD. I got the 1080s for 600$ & the TI for 760$, So i didnt lose much. Only sold because i believe this April new cards should be coming out.

get a friends gpu & try it out. To make sure its the gpu. If its the gpu RMA. You can also check if the gpu has a bios update.

So for around 550$ what would be the lowest temp 1080 i can get? Newegg only has gigabytes /g1/evga SC/msi armor/aorus/Zotac 1080 amp edition/Zotac mini icestorm. i was planning on getting the Asus Rog but its out of stock. The gigabyte aorus i heard has bad quality . evga i know they have the best warranty, but i think it gets really hot. don't know much about Zotac or msi. But i'm mostly interested in, 1 Temp, 2 quality . or should i just go for evga ftw hybrid for another 60 usd.
