I was guessing that the mounting points would be a giveaway, it's the beginnings of a fully-modular and 3d-printable (Or even machinable if you want) pc case project. It works with small printers too. It's on onshape so people can just fork the project to create their own parts

I may create a log in the buildlogs section as I actually plan to use this kit to build a luggable desktop PC at some point but I'm hesitant as I'm likely for forget about this project for a long time.

Well I’m often forgetful but even if you take photos and then save them in a compilation folder, I’m sure you’ll find the time to eventually do it. It looks pretty awesome.
