  1. I purchased a OP 3T and the phone bricked itself due to a manufacturing defect and they said it was my fault even though that wasn't even possible and when I tried RMAing the phone and requested a new phone they said they wouldn't do it There whole support team is really awful and dealing with them on the phone and the web chat support was really a bad experience For the mailback process I had to purchase my own box and shipping label and they said if I wanted to RMA it I'd have to do the same thing All in all I got in contact with their phone support and was able to mail my phone back but they only gave me a 50% refund Don't expect any real customer support or service from OnePlus and thats why I'll never buy a phone from them again Good luck though hopefully they can fix the issue with your phone
  2. I got the notification that new drivers (416.16) were available through GeForce Experience. I downloaded the driver and chose custom installation and it is stuck at the GeForce Game Ready Driver Preparing to Install screen and it keeps doing this and I restarted my PC and tried it again and it did the same thing again. Specs Windows 10 64bit i5-6600K stock EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ 16gb of ram 750w EVGA SuperNOVA NEX psu Asus Z170-A BIOS Version 3504 Should I uninstall GeForce experience and try manually installing drivers? And also anyone else had this issue?
  3. carefully grab the edges without touching the pins and twist the cpu side to side the sticking between the heatspreader and your cpu will have stopped and you can safely place your cpu back in the socket where it came from
  4. Hi I'm running the latest VirtualBox VM Manager and used this guide to run OS X as a VM: https://www.pcsteps.com/2157-mac-os-x-virtual-machine-vmware-player/ I've successfully installed OS X 10.13 High Sierra but when I try updating it using the App Store to update to 10.13.2 it doesn't work It downloads it asks me to restart. I click restart. It goes to installing update screen and brings me back to login. When I login it immediately opens the App Store and prompts me to update to 10.13.2 even though I just ran the update Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You

  8. I have had my Galaxy S8 since June 2017 and I have used an Otterbox Symmetry Series Shell to protect it My power button has started to stick and I believe it is due to the case but it might be the device having a faulty button because all the other buttons work and are clicky I dmed Samsung USA Support on twitter and they said "the damage caused by 3rd party cases would be considered physical damage and wouldn't be covered under our one year warranty." and they said I would have to pay for all the repairs I honestly think this is bs My Galaxy S8 is only 3 months old As a major company they should want to help their customers but by doing this they are discouraging people from buying Samsung products because they have stupid warranty policies Does anyone know if otterbox support would be of any help and is this type of problem cheap to repair? Also if the damage was caused by a faulty button and not the case would Samsung repair my device for free because it is in the 1 year warranty period? Thank You
