These below were all developed by Hitachi

Super TFT (IPS) - 1996 Wide viewing angle 100/100 Base level Most panels also support true 8-bit per channel color. These improvements came at the cost of a slower response time, initially about 50 ms. IPS panels were also extremely expensive.

Super-IPS (S-IPS) - 1998 has all the benefits of IPS technology with the addition of improved pixel refresh timing.

Advanced Super-IPS (AS-IPS) - 2002 Improves substantially on the contrast ratio of traditional S-IPS panels to the point where they are second only to some S-PVAs.

IPS-Provectus (IPS-Pro) - 2004 The latest panel from IPS Alpha Technology with a wider color gamut and contrast ratio matching PVA and ASV displays without off-angle glowing.

IPS alpha (IPS-Pro) - 2008 High contrast ratio Next generation of IPS-Pro

IPS alpha next gen (IPS-Pro) - 2010 High contrast ratio Technology transfer from Hitachi to Panasonic

These below were all developed by LG

Horizontal IPS (H-IPS) - 2007 Improves contrast ratio by twisting electrode plane layout. Also introduces an optional Advanced True White polarizing film from NEC, to make white look more natural. This is used in professional/photography LCDs.

Enhanced IPS (E-IPS) - 2009 Wider aperture for light transmission, enabling the use of lower-power, cheaper backlights. Improves diagonal viewing angle and further reduce response time to 5ms.

Professional IPS (P-IPS) - 2010 Offer 1.07 billion colours. More possible orientations per sub-pixel (1024 as opposed to 256) and produces a better true colour depth.

Advanced High Performance IPS (AH-IPS) - 2011 Improved colour accuracy, increased resolution and PPI, and greater light transmission for lower power consumption

AH-IPS is a sub type of IPS family. In reality there is no "IPS" panel by itself, it's always one of the following variation:
    -> AH-IPS, H-IPS, P-IPS, S-IPS, eIPS (economic IPS), E-IPS (Enhanced IPS), AS-IPS, IPS-Pro or PLS (Samsung version of IPS).
They are all pretty much the same at the end of teh day. Any advantages point they mark, are always on the highest end (read: Professional grade monitor) models. At the consumer level, even high-end ones, there isn't much difference. It might be 5-10% better at something, but also 5-10% worst at something else.
That is why, people regroup them as just IPS, as the differences isn't noticeable, unless you seek something very specific. That is why also, Samsung tried to name their IPS panels to PLS, as an attempt to difference itself, as a new panel technology, but in reality, it's just IPS, and has nothing really special, as, like I mentioned, what ever percentage its good at doing, it's about the same percentage worst at doing something else. The differences is just to avoid patent disputes, mostly.
The big difference is that eIPS are always 6-bit panels, while the rest CAN BE 6-bit panels as well, but can also be 8-bit, and some types can be true 10-bit panels and even higher. So, doesn't mean that a panel is AH-IPS panel, that is necessary is an 8-bit panel, it can be a 6-bit panel.

For what you described 2GB seems fine indeed. I haven't worked with video that much unfortunately so that isn't something I can help you with. A google search will, however, guide you to a lot of DIY guides on this topic.
As far as ad blocking is concerned I've made good experiences with Pihole a while ago. It's easy to install and maintain and does the job really well. For a NAS you could go for OpenMediaVault. It has a powerful web-based administration interface and makes configuring different shares relatively easy (once you've gotten the hang of it). There are also good tutorials out there about how to set it up.
Time controlled boot has to be implemented via external hardware as far as I know. But again, Google (or any other search engine of your liking ;)) is your friend in this regard.

All the best with your project
PS.: Don't forget to take care of a backup of you NAS regularly (can be configured in OpenMediaVault using a second drive)

    Adblocker and NAS: yes. Easily.
Camera viewer and Network tracker: no... well it depends. I wouldn't trust a single rPi to run all of these services at once, but if the usage is small enough, I see no reason not to.
Do you have any idea what you want to run specifically for each workload?
(piHole for adblock, motionEYE for camera, etc)

I agree with @BrinkGG. It should be no major problem, of course under the assumption that you're not going to serve a whole company network off it
Generally the Pi 4's CPU shouldn't let you down for most tasks, obviously depending on the workload. If you're planning on doing a lot of media encoding/ decoding for your Cameras (multiple cameras running simultaneously) while having a lot of traffic from the network tracker you might run into performance bottlenecks, though.

That said, if this is what I think it is (a home network project ) then I'd see no reason why it shouldn't work. Take @mahyar's advice and go with the 4 GB version and you should be off to the races good to go.
As far as stability is concerned: It should be no problem, at least I find my Pi 4 to run as a server very reliably.

i said 4gb because he want to ue it for camera monitoring and video decoding and that needs vram and rpi shares ram between cpu and gpu and at least a gigabyte of ram for rest of task and some for os and maybe docker if wants to keeps things organized

Check in Startup in Task Manager and see if anything is there OR check in AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and see if anything is there like a .bat file or something.

Ask yourself a few questions, like e.g. 1) Why would someone just give out free storage for you, when it costs them money? 2) Are you sure you want to trust your camera-footage to some random, free storage in the first place?

The thing is, there is no such a thing as free lunch. I'm not aware of anyone offering free FTP to begin with, but if someone did, there would be zero reason to trust that them not to mess around with your files there.

No idea, as I don't own one of their routers. The user manual I found online is extremely lacking, so your best option is to contact their support or see if you can find detailed instructions on their website, although based on the complete lack of information about any routers on their site, I don't know where you'd find that info.

File sharing is not normally done over DLNA, nor do I see any mention of this modem/router combo unit supporting DLNA in the review you linked. According to Russian reviews on the following Gearbest page, there is alternate firmware called PADAVAN you can flash to get extra features like DLNA working.

Filesharing is done by Samba, so did you activate the USB function in the app? Did you activate the Samba Server plugin via the app?

The i1 display pro will take faster readings, and has better software compatibility for software like Calman and other commercial software, but they are otherwise physically the same, and a Colormunki Display will be just as accurate as an i1 Display Pro. The Colormunki Display will still work fine with free software like ColorHCFR or DisplayCal.

I would recommend calibrating ANY display on which you intend to do color essential work.
It is important that any end product you export retains the look you originally envisioned for it once it's been published.
No point in spending hours working on the *perfect* set of contrasting tones and mood, only to find that it looks entirely different when viewed on another display.

So - install everything, not just selected programs.
Install 7zip and integrate it with Windows except for zip.
Install PotPlayer, GOM Player and Splash as alternative for VLC. More players = better. You'll choose which one works the best and sometimes it can be useful to have more than one video player. (Also - VLC is not the best, even if some people said that - they mostly do not use any alternative)
Install Opera and Firefox as alternative browsers - who knows, maybe your Chrome will be infected by some adware and you'll have alternative. Or somehow some website will not work. Or you'll have problem with Chrome and want to check is it browser problem or website problem.
VC++ has many versions - here you can find links: https://www.itechtics.com/microsoft-visual-c-redistributable-versions-direct-download-links/
Few programs more like Aimp, IrfanView, Audacity, GIMP, will be useful too.
LibreOffice as alternative for opening some documents that OpenOffice can't handle.
Maybe some good filemanager like DirectoryOpus? (it's paid, unfortunatelly)

Basically - install as many programs as you like, they do not slow down your computer (except when they're start with Windows, but you can disable that).
Fast computer usage is when you have many programs that can do everything you may need and open any file you'll get.
If you installing just few programs and limit yourself, your computer experience will be limited and buying good hardware will be waste of money.
