I got like 2700$ right now that I am willing to spend on all the parts but I will be air cooling with stock coolers for a month or 2 or 3. Until i am ready to spend another 500- 800 dollars on liquid cool stuff

Ok Like I said I will be planing to liquid cool everything after I get some more money because I don't have 3500 dollars just to spend right now for a new computer. Thank you for answering my question about the PSU. I am thinking of going for the 760i then. 1600 mhz ram instead I will keep my MB and cpu choice but thx for your suggestion on the x79 board I like the fan controller option to control the fans to get cooler the rads and to get a cooler case temp then turn them down when i want to to be quieter later plus it looks cool I will take a look at the Seagate HDD
