I've reached a new low. My mom unplugged the internet so that my brother would clean his room and I spent 2 hours setting up a switch and router for a private network xD

Did you switch the cable going to your router? Like the DSL line? How did you do that? :P

@CUDA_Cores you CAN delete a running executable or .dll file.  FileAssassin doesn't care if it's a protected system file or is in use.  Point it towards the file you want gone and it'll remove it.

Of course instabilities can be expected, but that's nothing that a hard reboot won't fix ... unless you deleted an essential OS file, of course.

@Lolucoca I connected the main line from my modem to a switch I had lying around and then directed it to the router, my PC, and the router I found lying around and hooked up in my corner

And to top it all off the contraption is hidden behind a canoe paddle xD

That's fair! Feels a lot nicer playing with a constant ping...

@CUDA_Cores That kinda reminds me how my mother tried to prevent me from using my laptop very much by setting a password however during one of those "sessions", I found out that I could add my fingerprint without the password so...unlimited play time on NFSMW (2005), NFS world and HTA anyone? :P

On a side note, I still find it funny how fingerprint scanners died out and made a come back.
