I think our lack of diversity helps, the only population of a minority we have much of is (south east) Asians, and they don't commit many crimes on average

Huh I wasn't totally sure how low crime is in Minnesota, I just know Minneapolis and St. Paul has had quite a few homicides in the past 14 or so months. Though that probably does little to the statewide average.

No without the cities you would be down around my states, but without our largest city we would be at like .8 or less XD, this was last year though so expect worse this year if a lot of murders happend
