Do I need to do a BIOS update on the MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX Board?

So many part lists. This is my first build so I don't know which part list to go with (or how to decide for that matter). Favorite Colors: Light Blue, Orange, Lime Green.

Budget: $500 US Dollars. (Try to stay at or under). Aim: Gaming. >Games: Modded Minecraft, Modded Factorio. Doing above while also having at around 5 tabs in Microsoft Edge or Chrome (Or at least 2 tabs with one being a Youtube Video). Monitors: 1 Monitor. Undecided. (Not included in Budget). Peripherals: Windows 10 OS - Not included in budget. Mouse and Keyboard - Not included in budget. Wireless Adapter - I'm not sure if I'll need it or not. So if you want you can create 2 lists within the $500 Budget with and without this. Other notes: I would prefer an Intel processor but will go with AMD if necessary. Don't put what Peripheral I should get unless it's a really good deal. I plan to order this early October. As little Retail Sites/Stores to buy from. Trustworthy Retailers only. PC Part Picker List would be preferable.
