corsair vengeance 2666
corsair vengeance 2400
i have a z170 ASU’s board can I overclock them to the same speed? Eg 3200hz?

HDDs can definitely be read from at more than 128 MB/s, but you wouldn't be able to write to it at more than about 180 most likely, so the answer is "yes" when copying to your computer and "no" when copying from it.

If you bought the game from the Steam store, the purchase is saved in your account and will always appear there.
If you had it in your steam library and you bought it somewhere else, you most likely had it added as "Non-Steam game".
