No errors on either ram or hdd but it crashed again this morning.

Odd both came back with no issues. I guess ill run the deeper scan later tonight. Said it'd take about 5 hours. Maybe that'll give me a result of some sort

Ran the mem test and it didn't come back with any issues and i'm running the company provided test now. We will see how that goes. Hopefully it's just the drive. That'll be an easy fix

The windows memory diagnostic test. Said there were no issues. Ran one on the drive too to check for errors and nothing there either.

So I noticed about a week ago while running through Far Cry 5 the game would randomly just crash on me. Didn't think much of it because it only happened twice in my 30 hours of game play through the story. After beating it the game just kept crashing over and over. Couldn't play more than a few minutes. Figured it was an issue with that game. Now the last few days I can't play any of my games without them just crashing on me. Got a random BSOD the other day and it was a memory management issue. Ran the test and it came back with no issues. Tried to play cod today and I only got in a few matches before it just froze up on me. Anyone have any idea what the issue is or how I can figure it out? My specs are I5 9600k nvidia 2070 super 15 gb ram 250 gb ssd for the os and other small things 2tb hdd where i keep my games.

Also I have used Anydesk. It works great, but I can't figure out how to get it to allow me to get two screens going. It just shows what the monitor on my laptop shows and that's fine but not the two screens that I need.

yes only my laptop can access my work. My company uses a special vpn to connect to John Deeres systems and I can't move it from computer to computer so my only option is to use that laptop with one screen or find some way to get it to allow me to dual screen without being able to hook it up. I don't have the monitors with the connections. In my office obviously this isn't a problem, but these are fairly unusual circumstances.

So I have to work from home because of the corona virus. They sent me home with my laptop, but I need dual screens. Problem is my laptop doesn't have display port connections and that's all I have at home. I have a dual screen set up on my gaming system so I figure the best way to do this is to remote in. Does anyone have a good program they can recommend that will allow me to remote in and have dual screens when the laptop isn't plugged into two screens? Or is this even a possibility?

This may be a dumb question, but I have a yeti mic and my gaming headphones and I can't figure out how to swap between the two for audio input. The headset is the sennheiser gsp 600. They plug in with two separate plugs instead of a usb and I can't find them in the audio settings. Only the Yeti mic. The Yeti mic is too sensitive when I'm playing games and talking to my friends to the point they can hear my wives tv show going on in the other room and I'd like to just use my headset when gaming. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Edit: I forgot to put in that I have to currently plug the headset into the mic to allow myself to hear the game as well. Using the two plugs doesn't seem to push sound through so I can't just mute the mic and the headset work.

So i bought a seasonic g series 80 plus gold psu and I thought it was going to be a good power supply because seasonic is know if their products, but mine was DOA. Tried to turn it on and it wouldn't do a thing. Made a light beeping kind of sound and once it almost came on. The computer lit up for less than a millisecond before shutting back down. What's a quality unit that I can buy that I know will be solid?

Anyone that has ordered from microcenter. How long does it take them to ship your item? I bought the predator x34 on sale like 2 days ago and they haven't sent me any kind of email or anything.

Well I closed all the applications on my computer and ran the task manager where I could monitor it and it didn't seen to change anything. Just showed it maxed out. I have a new graphics card and monitor on the way so I'll just order some more ram and see if that solves the problem. Thank you guys.

I got watchdogs 2 on release but I haven't really been able to play it much with school and then getting a job after graduating, but I tried to play it a few days ago and it would freeze really hard and I got a notification that I needed to add more ram. I thought 8gb was more than enough for games because I've never had this problem before. I'll buy more if needed, but if it's something else then I'd rather fix it.

So I'm looking at the 1080ti cards and I'm just trying to understand. The 1080ti armor is super cheap compared to the others. Is the performance significantly different from other versions or are they cutting price with no back plate etc. I'm just trying to make sure I get the best for my money
