  1. Amazing cable management, nice work!
  2. If you are only using Windows-Clients, I would stay at SMB. SMB3 also uses multiple connections and all that stuff. I would only use NFS with Linux/Unix Clients.
  3. Okay, thats up to you. But I can't look at those guys, who use Caps-Lock for just one capital letter. I don't understand why anyone would do that instead of using shift. But as I said, thats up to you, do whatever feels best to you. But I can't remember when I used (or needed) Caps-Lock the last time.
  4. To be honest, I didn't get to that yet. I'm happy to find the keys I need at the moment But I will try it today. Update: I have sucessfully programmed two macro-keys Even though the layout can be quite a pain in the ass in the beginning, I start loving it more and more. I followed this guide (starting at ~4:10):
  5. So, today i got my Pok3r. The first thing I noticed: The build quality is amazing! The aluminium case definitly adds a lot of stiffness and quality. But it will definitly take some days until I'm getting used to the layout (both, Ansi and 60%). Here is a size comparison between the Pok3r, a TKL and a full-size keyboard: Close-up of the Pok3r: And the Pok3r on my desk: After flashing the firmware-update there were also media-keys, so there is nothing missing anymore. But I do advice you to turn on Dip-Switch #3, which turn the Caps-Lock Key into an additional Fn-Key as nobody really need the Caps-Lock anyway and it is way more intuitive to use it than the designated Fn-Key (in my opinion). I hope I could help you at least a bit
  6. Ok, i have mounted the fans on the top and since the radiator is a bit bigger than the fans, there is no space. And you also have an Ultralow-Profile Fan back there.
  7. I have a 420mm Radiator in the top and was not able to mount a 140mm-Fan in the back. Maybe you can get the 360mm radiator a bit further to the front, so that it works, but it will be very tight. Why don´t you put a 280mm in the front? Don´t forget that you also have to put the fittings and the tube between them somewhere. This is what mine looks like: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/296-the-water-cooling-gallery/?page=27#comment-7532605
  8. I remove the keycaps of my mechanical keyboards every few months. Then I remove all the dust and dirt from the backplate and wipe off all keys, so they look like new again.
  9. But the Pok3r will be a double-challenge for me. I live in Austria where we use the DE-ISO Layout, but I ordered it in Ansi-Layout. The reason for this is, that I want to be able to get some custom keycaps and there are no or only few keycaps in DE-ISO available. The next challenge is the layout. The smallest keyboard layout I use at the moment is a Tenkeyless.
  10. My pok3r will arrive tomorrow, so maybe I can help you with your decision then. And by the way, the pok3r has an aluminium case too.
  11. I also got the Define S and you get a lot for the price. And since it was made for watercooling, you don´t have to drill any holes in it. There are already holes to mount the pump and the resevoir. This is what mine looks like (420mm Radiator on the top, 280mm in the front) My next case will probably be a Caselabs SMA8 or whatever exists then. I could have gotten it for this build, but at some point you have to limit the budget yourself before it gets completely out of control. I already paid ~3500€ for my PC and I didn´t want to add another 500-1000€ just for the case.
  12. I got 5 Noiseblocker Blacksilentpro PK2 on my radiators and they are pretty good. Very silent and they move a lot of air.
  13. Looks awesome so far ... and I don´t think it will get any worse I think due to more time and budget than at Scrapyard Wars your build will look much better than Luke´s already awesome build.
  14. While gaming the GPU has around 42°C and the CPU 55°C. But i keep the fan-speed low, so it´s pretty silent. I could get better temps with faster fan-speeds, but silence was one of my main reasons for a watercooling.
