In USD wise sure, but in Turkish Liras, Its hard. For me Your 30usd is something like 120TL. Which is hard to spend for me. My max budget would be 650TL. The model selling is Asus Direct CU II OC. It has a very great price. Thats why I would like to buy it. I will use it with E5 1650 Stock (i7 3930k). GTA 5 is bad for testing GPU performance IMO. I dont play it aswell.

Hello! I would like to upgrade my GTX660 to something faster, Here in Turkey the gpu prices are shit. GTX 780Ti sells around 1000 Turkish Liras (285USD), which is considered expensive. I found a GTX 780 for 600 Turkish Liras (170USD) and wanted to learn how good is the price performance. For comparison 2nd hand GTX 1060 3GB usually goes for 1100 Turkish Lira (315USD), 2nd Hand GTX 1050Ti goes for 800 Turkish Lira (230USD). At the same price of GTX780 we have GTX 1050, R9 280, GTX950, GTX 960, HD 7950, Rx 460. I personally don't care the power usage or heat output. I just want to have best card at best price. My Max budget is about 650 TL (185USD). Well we (other users in forum) need more information about your system and the PSU that you decided to use. "430W PSU" is just not enough information.

These monitors have two display inputs. One HDMI and one DisplayPort. I think you should not have any problem with two devices connected to the monitor.

It depends on what you overclock. To overclock an Intel K series unlocked CPU you basically incerase the CPU Multiplier and incerase CPU VCore. You should do some resarch about overclocking
