And now we're at the end of our journey.  I want to thank GeForce Garage, Swiftech, and MNPCTECH for sponsoring this build and it's twin.  They really made these possible.  Also, I know a lot of people don't know the story these cases are based on, but hopefully they're cool enough to still be appreciated.   Now on with the pics!

I personally wouldn't go with the auto overclocked as they generally add to much voltage. Up to the op though

It's risky, although I think it can be done for a few seconds. I'd use the stock cooler though just to be safe if it came with one.

If that's HW MONITOR, I've had some issues with it giving incorrect voltages (said my vote was 2.764 volts once). HW INFO works a lot better I found plus gives a lot more information.

I tried to go for redundancy...4 Powersupplies, 3 monitors, etc. You don't know what is going to go on down there. Plus I put in an Xbox 360 controller, keyboard, mice, and some cheap alternatives in case those break. Also a chair so that you don't sit on the ground all day, and a mouse pad. I couldn't find anything to solve the power problem, so this person just can't play for like half the day...oh well. I choose an APU because those are generally pretty low power, with the 7650k at 95 Watts, and an R9 380x to go with it. I was originally planning on going with an I5, but to have multiples of those would be really expensive plus with this I am effectively getting 5 GPUs, even if three of them are on the CPU and are lower powered then normal. This person would mostly be playing free to play games, but they are murmurous, including Tera, Robocraft, and LOL. I'm sure someone will beat this, I really don't need/want memory anyways and wanted to try this out for fun.

I would probably go with what SamTheWelshDragon said just to be on the safe side, nothing to cause static electricity and it would still be safe.

Holy shit...I considered walking but I thought against it.

So I went to Math help today after school. I was talking about my dual-monitor, dual-keyboard setup and somebody said "Just get a Mac." I said I was anti-Mac, and a girl (clutching a 5S) was like "Ermahgawd Apple is so much better." I explained to her that Apple was swindling people with shady marketing tactics and that the operating system, being so easy, was ruining our generation because nobody could get down and dirty to fix stuff and you just took it to Apple. After that class, I bid good day to the teacher and walked two blocks to the bus stop.

So at the bus stop a kid walked up to me (I know him) and said "I bet that my gaming PC can beat your PC." Fine. That is true (see my specs). I asked him about his PC, it was an Alienware and he didn't know what CPU, GPU, had 16 gigs of RAM, didn't know the clock speed, and ignored my question about his motherboard. A girl was watching this.

So, then I said that I was anti-Apple. Big mistake. He started saying about how Apple was the best. So I asked him if it was easy to use Mac OS. He replied, "Yes, duh. It's the easiest OS in the world." I explained to him how easy, restricted operating systems like Mac OS prevent somebody from getting down and dirty if something doesn't work, and you just end up going to Apple and paying them a shitload of money for a simple fix. Then, he started saying how stupid and retarded I was and the girl chimed in. I asked them what class they were in, both were in the General Ed program. I was like NO. You don't tell a kid in the Honors program that they are retarded. I told him to build his own computer and that that way he can get what he wants, he said that Apple's website let you customize it to the fullest extent. Big whoop. Mind you I am a non-violent person, but I was about to head over the edge. I started yelling, saying that Apple uses meaningless buzzwords to advertise (like Retina) and he replied that they made it better. So I asked him if you could take apart the Mac and install a new CPU and he was like, "Why would you want to?" I facepalmed. I told him that I would take the cheapest Mac (he said $2K) and spec out something better than that. In addition, I told him I would have to be high and drunk to favor such a locked-down OS where I can't break and fix it, to which he called me retarded. Then the bus came, and I got on, stood by the exit door, and then promptly hit the stop request button at my stop to get away from such stupidity. Huh.

What seems strange is that my FPS hovered around 120 the whole time, with dips down to like 115. Makes me wonder how it scores stuff.

While you may not think it, the shader mods for mine craft are actually kind of taxing. Not to the level of a lot of other games, but it still does take a relatively high amount of power compared to stock mine craft.

That said though, it is kind of overkill still :P.

How about you stop trying to tell Intel how to make CPUs. Theres very good reasons why they don't allow every CPU to be OCed and despite what the tinfoil hat brigade thinks, its mostly about consumer protection. They don't want consumers overclocking products which are not suitable for overclocking and killing them off then taking to the internet to declare Intel CPUs to be bad and dying all the time.

After overclocking your chip, did you stress test it? American Truck Simulator shouldn't be particularly taxing, but it would still be a good idea to see if your system is stable under an artificial 100% load. Additionally, it sounds like it may have been a hard lock from your GPU. Is it overclocked?

Yes, the problem is almost definitely the overclock, I would reset it to it's normal setting

The 390 might have some heat problems in a case that small. If you want to stick with mITX then get a GTX 980, but I recommend going full ATX for upgradability, etc.
