PampaZiya got a reaction from DoctorNick in Testing GPU after thermal paste change
I am honestly so surprised, I should've done this before, my temps are soo good right now and the GPU is no longer spiking and dying every few seconds. I played a whole bunch of games from AAA to league of legends to dauntless etc. and not a single problem. From now on I'm going to change the thermal paste of any GPU i buy, literally takes 10mins and the results are so impressive.

I'm using PBO with Auto OC in AMD Ryzen Master, on idle is between 30-40 degrees and while gaming around 60-70 degrees
Clock speeds with the above configs is around 4.4-4.5ghz when all core and 4.6-4.7ghz single core. I haven't touched anything in Ryzen master manually just left PBO with +200mhz in bios do it's thing.
Any help is appreciated since this is my first time using an AMD CPU
Edit: core voltage max hits 1.45 when reaching the max clock speeds mentioned and goes as low as 1.1 on normal load

This is my first ever build, I had a prebuilt before this one and this build took me around 12 hours to assemble lol, mainly because I used some parts of my old build.

    TODOs:
    - Replace the stock case fans with the Corsair ones mentioned above, shipping
    - Change cable sleeve on CPU to white ones, shipping
    - 3080 TUF gaming to replace 2080 Ti
    - Going to be using a V1 Tech RGB Backplate
    - Cover the PSU with a V1 Tech custom RGB plate with my gaming name on it (Pampz)
    - Figure out a way to hide the cables or cover the hole next to the front intake fans (lower right in pic)

So on my home network (100/100) and using PingTest I get 36ms (Turku, FI <-> Frankfurt, DE) on desktop. In game that is usually same. On my brand new Lenovo U41-70 with AC (one notch over N) and 5GHz same server gives 51ms. While 2.4GHz gives 54ms. So in the end using higher freq doesn't do that much. But wifi is still worse than ethernet.

I'm sorry, but thats limit of my skills in this matter.

yea i understand well the only thing i can see being the problem is the tv connector on the tv being screwy, since you tried another cable as you say thats the only thing remaining since it works great with your pc and phone

what i meant before is that if i try to play a 720p video on my 4k monitor it will get grainy as it has to stretch it out like crazy and most tv signals are either 480 or 720p if you got the HD package thingy some give out, and 480p well thats will look like shit  and then comes the questions i would have about the cable being able to send 4k signals, i mean not even hdmi can send 4k 60hz, and just now is able to send 4k at all.

btw there is a new standard coming that all the movies and media will be using for 4k and your tv doesnt have it, its a decoding thingy from what i heard. Source, high end audio and tv store i buy my audio things from and listen to 150.000$ sound setups for shits and giggles.. and drool..

i don't think I understood what you need? You want to create an array of doubles, populate it and return the pointer to that array?

If I understood correctly, this is what you want:
    #include <iostream>using namespace std;double * buildArray(int S);double * buildArray2(double *, int, int);int main() { int n; double * arr; do { cout << "Input size of the array: "; cin >> n; } while (n < 0); cout << "Building array..."<<endl; arr = buildArray(n); cout << "The created array : "; for (int i = 0; i < n; i++) cout << arr[i] << " "; cout << endl; //I think you also want to create an array starting from a pos the user enters? int pos; double * arr2; do { cout << "Input pos: "; cin >> pos; } while (pos < 0 || pos > n); arr2 = buildArray2(arr, pos, n); cout << "The second array: "; for (int i = 0; i < n - pos; i++) cout << arr2[i] << " "; cout << endl; system("pause"); return 0;}double * buildArray(int n) { double * temp = new double[n]; for (int i = 0; i < n; i++) temp[i] = i; return temp;}double * buildArray2(double* arr, int pos, int n) { double * temp = new double[n - pos]; int k = 0; for (int i = pos; i < n; i++) { temp[k] = arr[i]; k++; } return temp;}

Because it's not suitable for the mass.. It's only suitable for gamers.. And most people aren't gamers and are fine with the normal clock speed of their processors. Why would they want more? Stock speed processors are overkill for the normal tasks.

Btw, I got an advice to try out the 359, I did and it is running fine, the 355.98 is still more stable since I get the occasional dx11 not found or no compatible dx11 GPU and some black screens but they are a bit more rare now and the newest driver has some fps boost (a bit omly) to BO3, since it's after the BO3 driver.
Try it out, you can always downgrade back, it only takes few mins
