I'm currently having this problem on my lenovo p400 laptop, where it is continually restarting itself after it tried to automatically repair itself, over and over again, with no changes after it, and continues to crash. Is there anything I could do to solve this ?

First off, am I able to overclock on a msi z97 pc mate? I'm looking forward into overclocking this cpu, and I'm not sure what the numbers I should run this thing at, with a hyper 212 evo inside of an nzxt s340 for air flow. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.

Yeah, I only titled this "AMD Build" is because my friend started an amd part lists and I said "maybe you should just start with intel since its more popular and better than amd" so yeah, lol sorry for misleading title.
