I have a 620 watt psu will this be fine for 5700 gpu and ryzen 5 3600x

Microcenter said they have line out door on launch days sometimes is this true if a lot of people wait for price drops and reviews

I have a i5 4690k with a r9 290 and my monitor is a 1080p 60hz monitor i know it makes no sense to upgrade gpu without updating monitor what about the cpu should i move from 4690k to 3600 i know the new platform comes out tomorrow
