I don't know @dogetorhue. I was just on my computer as normal when I smell and saw smoke. I'm not even an overclocker. My computer sits above my monitor with the glass panel when I saw fire. In panic I ripped the power cord out and it stopped. My motherboard is pretty much dead. When I say that I mean it does boot but I can see sparking from the pcie pins when the graphic card was removed and I used the default display. I sent the card to evga and they want 1,200 dollars. So I'm down a motherboard and a graphics card. I'm not going to try to boot from that motherboard anymore and risk my 7700k.
