Yeah at first I had a Corsair h100 whatever it is and I saw this and it just matched so well, the actual CPU cooler has a nice LED light on it too. -

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/hLNzvV Cut down on HDD and SSD realistically didn't need that much storage in first place. Do I need that much RAM for this build? 32GB seems like a lot?

What about getting an I7 with a 1070? I think that would cut down price a bit more but also reduce bottleneck significantly.

What would be the reason for switching the I5-6600k for an 17-6700k? Is it really that much better or just slightly better?

Yeah idk 4TB is a lot of space, I'd prob just cut the SSD space just to save the money and stick with a 3 TB.

I'm trying to build a computer for under $1700 for mostly VR, family wants to get it setup in the living room. I'm looking to build a PC that can run a Vive set up no problem, I'd like to keep it at $800 or less, must include OS cost ( Windows 10) and Intel processor. I don't care much for the size of the build ATX/Mini-ATX, I've notices with Mini you get the same performance for a lower price so please any suggested builds or experience with VR is needed here.
