  1. I have been using this Logitech K100 for almost 4 years just because it was surviving every wrath upon it. But now it needs replacing.
  2. I want to gift this to my father!! He fancies a small PC that does not takes much desk space yet could be a good companion in little work and a lots of entertainment like watching movies, or videos online!! Thanks to Zotac for this awesome little wonder box!!
  3. For me, it's Ubuntu and it is since the days of Ubuntu 7.04 when they used to provide a free live cd distribution. Good old days!! When I started it was dual booted with windows but later that love grows and now its only ubuntu!! Its on my home server and laptop both!! After almost nine years of daily use for programming, photo editing and kernel development, now this Unity desktop feels like working eyes closed!! I loved Ubuntu just because of its ease of use!! I can tell lots of advantages (dis-advantages also) about ubuntu now, but at the beginning it was just look and feel!!
  4. I have been long waited for that professional look mouse and elegant design keyboard!! Surely want one!! Thanks!!
  5. "w+" access mode should also create a new file on each run. Try to post the complete code you are using or at least the part where it writes content to the file.
  6. I am having a problem with one of my 250GB Seagate SATA HDD. As I boot the computer it starts ok but after using for some minutes it halts, and after hard reboot system says boot disk failure. After keeping the machine switched off for some time, then again it boots into OS as works properly for some times and halts again. After doing some diagnosis I found that the problem is causing from the HDD so I attached it to my main PC and tried to make a back up. It works as long as I copy small files but whenever I put a large file for copy system detaches the drive and could not detects it any more. I have tried various disk checking utilities (CHKDISK and badblocks) to scan for bad sectors but these tools failed to diagnose the problem as the disk gets undetected in process. Any body have any idea about this problem and any solution!! Thanks in advance.
