i would go with a high quality 500W

buy a soundcard with dolby headphone and then buy the best stereo headphones that you can afford (which would depend on your preferences).

If you enjoy electronic music get AT M50's If you enjoy rock then get grado sr60's These are both good headphone choices although the m50's have the upper hand when it comes to bass
