  1. If you didn't overclock the 12700K it should not run that hot, unless your case is really restrictive, can't see the front, but you do have lots of fans. Check the cooler mount...
  2. And how is the most efficient part relevant? So if your system uses 500W max you pay through your nose for a 1000W PSU to then save 1 cent a month on electricity through efficiency? Or do you think the trees will thank you for buying more e-waste, but then saving electricity?
  3. I also would suggest a USB one. More universal, more useful if you later get a wired connection, can use it elsewhere or easily sell it. But I would suggest something from a brand that I know like TP-link. https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-usb-wifi-adapter-pc/dp/B08D72GSMS/ref=sr_1_3?crid=15TFC3JVRXXV6&keywords=usb+adapter+tp-link&qid=1666725122&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIxLjQxIiwicXNhIjoiMC4wMCIsInFzcCI6IjAuMDAifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=usd+adapter+tp-lin%2Caps%2C173&sr=8-3 https://www.amazon.com/USB-WiFi-Network-Adapter-Dongle/dp/B07P6N2TZH/ref=sr_1_2?crid=15TFC3JVRXXV6&keywords=usb+adapter+tp-link&qid=1666725122&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIxLjQxIiwicXNhIjoiMC4wMCIsInFzcCI6IjAuMDAifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=usd+adapter+tp-lin%2Caps%2C173&sr=8-2 Asus one seems a bit like a scam, wi-fi is wi-fi, it will not be magical.
  4. Q70B doesn't look bad. Still 120Hz, only gives up local dimming. X89J is similar, but overpriced compared to the Samsung, similar features.
  5. Then I give up. Get a cheap Sony or something, might still have an above average picture quality and at least you get Google TV. Maybe @Dedayogknows more about budget TVs.
  6. TCL is weird, because they have different models for different markets so it's hard to judge them in Europe. And I can't even find a TCL TV that has local dimming in that price range. Hisense U7HQ seems decent. Though it's still not the same as the North American version. Thing is no major brand has TVs with a full feature set in that price range. They all cost ~1000Euros.
  7. Buy a 2000 Euro graphics card, save 2 Euros a month on electricity.

EA, Why u no discount your overpriced game for…

    29.99 Eur on Epic.
  9. They are clearing stock. Also people stopped buying. I assume 209 is a mistake, 250 seems reasonable enough.
  10. Unknown. Some people (leakers) believe that we won't see many more at all. Maybe a few every couple of months.
  11. What game are you playing that actually loads up the CPU to that level?
  12. Yes, 120Hz, VRR support, local dimming, it has everything you need. https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/d23e2c79
  13. Remove the cooler and check if it has a proper mount, re-paste if needed. You don't have to actually re-paste if the application is fresh, I usually just add a small dot in the area that looks thinner on paste and just put it back on again. Mounting pressure could also be an issue, are you sure you tightened the bolts/nuts properly?
  14. Just solder the wires directly to it. Now that's a permanent fix.
  15. The biggest one. A400. With SATA SSDs you don't have to be concerned about much.
  16. Well then I maintain my earlier statement. This one is the cheapest 65 inch TV I would be comfortable recommending to anyone. https://www.idealo.de/preisvergleich/OffersOfProduct/202015864_-65u7hq-hisense.html Stepping below this you start sacrificing features which I think are crucial in a modern TV like 120Hz panel, proper HDR, local dimming. And I group all those TVs into garbage tier so I have never paid much attention to them.
  17. And what about budget? And also what counts as huge? 65? 75?
  18. I think HDR content is widespread now and the content keeps coming so not buying a TV that has proper HDR support is a poor investment. Not to mention cheap TVs often do not have local dimming and use IPS panels so washed out picture is definitely easy to see. Sure you can get something that displays a large moving image that looks like something for really cheap these days.
  19. But would you really recommend anyone buy that? Is a 75 inch TV with terrible picture quality better than a 55 inch one with a proper picture?
  20. How expensive is too expensive for you? Hisense U7H seems reasonable, can do proper HDR, comes in 75 inch size. Or Vizio M Series Quantum X 2022. The main issue with very cheap TVs is that they often do not have proper dimming and high enough brightness.
  21. 6650XT is faster and a 3060 is not a class of card you would probably want to use raytracing on. So the only question is if you need Nvidia's better performance in creator programs and NVENC codec for streaming. Oh and DLSS too, but FSR is becoming available on most (new) games so this one is less of an advantage.
  22. That's just really old. Unpredictable even if it has no major flaws by design, I wouldn't buy it. You can find 3070 for only a little more money, much newer, less time to mine even if it was mined on. Or a 6800 if you're okay with AMD.
  23. Both mining and OC'd GPUs can be a good buy, it depends on the particular model of the card, for example 6800XT/6900XT are pretty reliable and do not have widespread issues with them so I wouldn't be thinking too much about buying a used one. However something like a 3090 I would be afraid buying even if it had a years worth of warranty left, they seem to have the ability to explode without much warning. I think the general consensus among miners/overclockers/used market is that from Nvidia anything with GDDR6X is a bad idea. So a 3070 is the only card worth considering used.
  24. No you do not. You can get cables for older units if you wish to avoid using an adapter though. The issues with the 12VHPWR plug come from excessive bending of the connector, you just need to make sure there is no strain on the connector after you plug it in, it has to hang free.
  25. It does that for me too, I have gigabit. The thing is, YouTube is using an algorithm and it's pretty dumb, you have to keep forcing higher resolutions and it will learn eventually. But sometimes it will still make it lower. It's doing this by design, if you surf recommendations and go from video to video it will try to sneak in lower quality to save YouTube money. If I go to random channels I rarely visit it doesn't even give me 720p, it tries to give me 480p. Edit: Oh and I have YouTube Premium too, doesn't help.
