UrdnotGrunt reacted to stealth80 in PC Problems Help
by dropping the resolution you are just making the game even more CPU bound, that won't really help. Have a look at CPU utilisation with the game open

UrdnotGrunt got a reaction from kirashi in Amp for Cars
that all depends on whether or not the vehicle has a built in amplifier. if it does itll have to be bypassed

UrdnotGrunt got a reaction from Tech Wizard in PSU fan not spinning under full load!
I would agree with some ppl here that the fans activation point(s) wasnt exceeded. internal temp, total load, etc. My PSUs fan spins if the load exceeds 40% on eco mode. Never once has it spun since I bought it a year ago. The eco mode switch that it has is really nifty

UrdnotGrunt got a reaction from Jessop in K95: Cherry MX Browns or Reds?
I prefer Cherry MX Reds. I myself have the Corsair STRAFE RGB and I love it when I got it to replace the Razer Blackwidow 2014.

UrdnotGrunt got a reaction from OnionRings in What to upgrade? CPU or GPU?
I would get an i5 6600K and a Z170A series board. If in the future you want to upgrade the CPU to an i7 6700K, all you have to do is buy the cpu since both the 6600K and 6700K use the same socket (1151)

UrdnotGrunt got a reaction from kirashi in Amp for Cars
thats the suggested continuous power it can handle. Also check out the amps themselves. If the OP sees an amp that says 1500 watts but has only a single 30 amp fuse, its fake. Also I personally have seen amps marketed as being mono-block amps, but they have 2 or more channels. thats also fake

keep that 1tb drive and use it as primary storage. Get an SSD for your OS (i would suggest at least 120 or a 240GB)
