Crosstalk is dependent on how much noise the lines generate. If there was a risk, the standard would've addressed it (by using shielded cables) or not support the physical properties of the transmission.

All these claims ultimately come from one source, which has not revealed any evidence, and so all these claims are band-wagon hearsay.

I see these reports as part of Biden's clumsy promise of USA retaliation for Russia making the USA look bad over, and over, and over.

The outgoing USA administration has just a month and some days to make good on their word.

The negative coverage of Aleppo rebels being defeated and Aleppo liberated is also a part of the same anti-Russia propaganda effort.

All anyone has to do to discover that there is a coordinated Western-media propaganda blitz happening right now over the defeat of the rebels in Syria, is google-search "meltdown of humanity," without even including "Syria," "Aleppo," or "Assad" in the search. Doing so will net a deluge of pages all featuring the same sensationalistic headline, and journalism spin about the liberation of Aleppo.

The coordinated propaganda "meltdown of humanity" headline is meant to put up a wall against people's ability to consider anything different.
Sadly, this is typical Western mainstream media.'

I had this long, giant, multi-paragraph post typed up and it's gone.  Because Chrome.  Thanks Chrome.

Simplification.  Hillary = everything wrong with modern Republics/ Democracy and crony-capitalism/hybridized capitalism.

Trump = Hard reset on all parties, media, everything.  It's the reboot program.

Immigrants = Illegal and undocumented do not belong here, they broke the law to come, they over-stay, they go back, and you can't tear apart families.  Throw the kids back.

Refugees = They've an entire way of life separate from us, different beliefs, and they do not assimilate.  They merely seethe in their culture(depending on their sect), and then go about destruction of a nation they are in.  Now, this isn't true of all but a great portion.  Around 25% so 400,000,000.  We've talked about it for so long - let's build that damn no-fly-zone / buffer zone in Syria, have our respective European and American militaries as well as Russia, work to build the zone, build it up, protect it, and send them all back and in there.  They're home, they're safe, and when the conflict is resolved, it's resolved.  Now that conflict will be resolved naturally and end in Assad being victorious.  America, in our arrogance and adherence to global political pressure as well as our securing of "assets" topple our own dictators or other dictators whenever they move away from our monetary standard and to their own gold-backed or labour backed standard.  We also seem to love to fund jihadist groups and work with them, and then let them roam free until they decide to bite the hand that fed them.  We also have a great tendency to toppling dictatorships and governments that are relatively strong, suppress the extremists, and act as buffers against Israel's inevitable colonization of the rest of the ME.

    Gulf States = Fuck 'em.

Solutions:  Trump, hard reset.  Hillay - prison.  Media = firing squad.  Middle East, safe zone, let the secular or Shia governments get to work.  Gulf States, no funding, no cooperation.  Africa - seal it off, sub-saharan sunni's are a waste of oxygen.  Europe - mass deportation, socialist paradise restored.  Russia - give 'em their satellite states.  America - get the fuck out of global theater and politics, go back to arguing about football and iPhone vs Android.  Belgium - nuked.  Australia - liberated.  Gotta save Australia, they're dying.

And Israel - no aid, no funding, no multiple billion dollar payments.  Just leave them to their apartheid.

And as a final path to securing world peace:  Rodrigo Duterte as Emperor.

Seriously Duterte is probably the best thing that could've happened for the Philippine people.

Your welcome, glad I could help. I've been into python probably a month and a half now, but before that I hadn't touched a line of code in ten or so years due to a non-tech related career that didn't give me a whole lot of free time. But then again, I was practically raised with a keyboard in my hands thanks to my father so growing up with these infernal machines helped a lot.

When I first got the internet, I didn't know what the hell a "hello world" program was. Most of my first programs consisted of something along the lines of:

I've changed your .txt file structure, you'll need this one for our code to work
    "barcodes.txt" : http://pastebin.com/ktB66zTM

What I've done to your text file handling is kind of a trade off. Doing it my way is exponentially faster than going to the file every time you want to look up a bar code, not to mention easier on your poor HDD or SSD. The problem is, if the text file is bigger than your pc has ram, it will crash, but if the file gets that damn big, it's time to look into a database solution, or just peck through the file like you were, it'll just be slower.

    Hope I helped

Some of you youngins weren't old enough the last time we went through the VR rodeo, so you don't really understand.

VR was a big deal. HUUUGE. But it fucking sucked hard, there wasn't a single product you could buy that worked well enough. People said "meh" and investors lost millions. So what do we do now? The hype train has not only gained steam, but it's gotten bigger as well, since the general public is more tech savvy this time around. If the first handful of products don't make people go "holy shit this is fucking awesome!" then it's going to fail again, and the investors get the shaft, again. Only this time BILLIONS of dollars are at stake.

"So what?" you say. Well, Oculus is automatically the authority on VR (for now), because they started the hype train to begin with this time around. They have to lead by example, they know they have to come in at a price that average people can afford, but they can't go bankrupt either. The "it has to be awesome" requirement is what made it take so long from them to release it, so who knows how much they have spent on R&D at this point, but the good news is, that the more units sold will drive the price down as the books go into the black.

"But Sony and Microsoft lose money on their consoles, why can't Oculus do the same thing for the Rift?" Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo get a cut of every game you buy. End of story. Unless Oculus starts charging money for the SDK or something (which would be library suicide) then they can't make money back on the hardware. A smart thing for them to do would be to start making their own games, or, just pull a Microsoft, buy Bungie, and make Halo an Xbox exclusive.

So quit your bitching, early adopters always pay the highest price. Just be happy that it's under a grand in the US. If you want a Titan X, just wait 4 years and buy 2150 Ti and spend 1/10th the price.

Ninja edit: The part I don't understand is how they couldn't subsidize the price with the fat stacks of facebook money.
