This is ironic. The US Mint probably put effort into making sure the penny looks like copper even though it is mostly zinc. Now I'm re electroplating the penny with zinc, and it looks as if there was never any copper there at all xD

    as collectibles, I have a few, but for currency, it costs more to make than their worth, same for pennies
