Since you are not using it for gaming then quadro card is good enough. Use a Samsung 840 Pro for boot and HDD for storage

Get the 830 instead better performance and better reliablity.

You don't need a gtx680 or gtx690 to run games on ultra settings..... gtx670 can get you around 90-120FPS Also either way you need a 1000w psu.
