  1. Hello, I recently ordered the B&O Beoplay A1 bluetooth speaker on Amazon and got it yesterday. I registered a slight background buzzing which is audible up to 1m in distance. (when no music playing) It gets very clear the closer your ear gets to the speaker. I tried comparing it to my father's Bose Soundlink 2 Mini and it also has a bit of a background buzz but the noise on my Beoplay A1 is way more audible. So I started searching the internet and found quotes like (1)"The noise can happen with low-end speakers" or (2)"Could be other signals interfering with the speaker's Bluetooth receiver". (1)The Beoplay A1 is certainly not low-end. (2)The noise is always there, even with no device connected. I also read that amplifiers cause these kind of noises and every speaker has got it. I do not have the knowledge to verify that. I have the speaker on full volume and control the rest with my device (phone/tablet). (bad habit?) Even with music playing, the noise is there. You have to listen very closely and the music has to be pretty silent. I'm no audio-hardware expert at all (know nothing about it actually), so please don't flame. So is that normal or did I receive a bad model? Any audio experts out there? Greetings and thanks in advance
  2. Hey guys! So I've been looking for a tablet for a while now considering buying the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus (available in November for 350€, I think). And as I will send my Notebook to MSI to get it repaired, I currently have no device to take notes at school. (besides pen & paper of course ) My thoughts: getting the Pixel C + Keyboard because I cannot wait until November (Tab 3 Plus). Is the Pixel C still worth a buy? The Tegra X1 is still more or less high-end but it is rumored that new Google Tablets will show up in October. Do you think there will be a new 10 inch tablet? What Android versions will the Pixel C update to within the next few years? Thanks.
  3. Thanks! So should I just leave the old paste the way it is now? What would you do with the little hair?
  4. Well...I think I just went full retard. I'm currently replacing the thermal paste of my MSI R9 390 to (hopefully) reduce the temps of the card. (90C° + ) The thermal paste was all over the chip when I removed the cooler. So I cleaned up the middle and now I'm stuck with the paste in between the tiny parts. I cannot get rid of the stuff. (Using alcohol wipes and cotton swabs) There's tiny hair from the wipes and all that stuff within the paste. (gg ez) Don't think it's a good idea to just ignore those. Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance. (Sorry for the low image quality; my phone camera is pretty bad)
  5. thanks for replying! but ive found another solution ive done them myself with illustrator - theyre looking pretty sick now!
  6. Hey! I've got a problem. I'm currently writing/designing a CV with InDesign and used some of the Google icons. (48dp, png) When I insert the pictures (Ctrl-D) they become verry blurry. And when I save my document as PDF (1.4), the icons are still not sharp. I've tried many things: change the size of the icons with photoshop (to 60x60 px) and then insert them (useless) dont change the size of the icons (useless) ... i think the problem is the low dpi of the icons, even though theyre also made for webdesigning... if so: can i get 300dpi google icons? does anybody know good sites for downloading icons? please help! thanks in advance dr. drä
  7. think i'll have to do it that way anyways! thanks! follow my topics? thanks for the link!
  8. Hey! I've just bought some games at the Steam Sale (Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed Black Flag, Rocket League, Worms Armageddon. Goat Simulator, Broforce) and also Star Wars Battlefront on Origin. Is there any download manager, where I can go like: when the current Steam downloads are finished --> start downloading Battlefront on Origin? I want to download over night! (250KBps ftw) Or at least start downloading. Thanks in advance!
  9. I have tried the floppy connector of my psu but it does not fit. the holes should be fine but there are these kind of "fins" (these plastic rails on top and bottom of the connector) which make it incompatible. but thank you! so does anybody know where i can get this kind of "special edition" - floppy to molex cable? ive sent a message to the nzxt support. i hope they respond soon...
  10. Hello! I recently bought a used NZXT H440 Razer Edition case and the pins of the Molex cable which powers the fan and LED hub are broken. I please need the name of the plug for the LED hub. Does anyone know it? Or does anybody know where I can get this cable? Its a large molex (4 pin, male) to 3pin(female) and to ???(female). (large molex splits up) I attached two pictures of the plug. Thanks in advance!
  11. And can anyone tell me the difference between the XFX R9 390 DD Core and the Black Edition? Is it just the clock? Can I it OC to be just as good as the OCed Black E.? (Core costs less) And with which of all R9 390 can you get the best OC results?
  12. Thank you for the quick replies! Yes it is a future upgrade so I can't afford a 980ti right now. I've already got the case (Razer edition) at home. (bought a used one with 3 Bitfenix Spectre Pro included for 95€) So I should get another 390 next year, right? And the Sapphire card only because it is a Sapphire card or does it OC better or something like that?
  13. Hey! Im getting a new Computer! Changed my build 100 times, but I'm really unsure on what parts to get and have been overthinking the whole thing for nearly 2 months. My build: i7 4790k 16gb hyperx fury asus z97 pro gaming (yeah its red... but theres cashback on asus products(ends 10.10.2015)) WD black 1TB Samsung 256GB 850 evo Cooler master V1000 (going for CF next year) thermalright macho x2 NZXT H440 Razer Edition (green) (hope I didn't forget parts) I have 2 Questions: What R9 390 model? (XFX, MSI or Sapphire) Is a 390 + 390X CF setup better than a 390 + 390 one? Or does the 390 limit the 390X? 1) I've heard (nearly) only good things about all 3 cards, but which one would you get? (I'd like to OC it as high as possible) XFX R9 390 DD Black Edition MSI R9 390 8G (doesn't go well with my green case, and is pretty thick(might have problems with cooling a CF setup)) Sapphire R9 390 Nitro 2) If I CF a 390 and a 390X will I have more power than a 2-way 390 setup? or the 390 somehow limit the 390x? Thanks in advance!
