  1. Budget (including currency): 5k USD Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Several Weather radar and Analysis software, OBS recording / streaming / UE5 Game Development / General gaming Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): The system currently has 4 monitors on a RTX 3070 but will be getting an additional non sli card(GTX1080ti) for adding 4 additional monitors. I Currently have this heat monster sitting in the same room as me and am getting quite tired of it. I am looking into moving the system into a rack and running cable similar to what linus has, however i need something say like thunderbolt that can carry multiple monitor signals up to the main workstation. If anyone has any ideas of what I can use to extend not only a single 144hz 1080p screen but 7 other monitors to the main location. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you.
  2. 5 different outputs for mixing on hardware device. so Channel 1: Game Channel 2: Chrome/Web Channel 3: Music Channel 4: VOIP Channel 5: MISC
  3. does that work for using more then 2 audio channels? i need a total of 5 outputs
  4. Okay so story is i need multiple line out outputs from my computer and was hoping to not have to use a sound card. considering the default realtek drivers are capable of 7.1 surround sound means the chipset is capable of outputing audio to the different outputs. I know most drivers are written in C++ and i know C++ but have never dabbled in drivers and have no idea how to reference the chipset in my code. does anyone have any ideas???
  5. Okay so I am looking for a good case that can handle to things. A small micro-form factor GPU and a Elgato hd60pro expansion card. This system is going to be an AMD streaming build and I am looking for something pretty small to tuck away some where and not have it be all big and in your face style. Have any ideas of a case that can accomplish this in the smallest way possible?
  6. Okay so i just found this https://www.newegg.com/p/17Z-00EK-00AU7?item=9SIAFJV94T0392&source=googleshopping&nm_mc=knc-googlemkp-mobile&cm_mmc=knc-googlemkp-mobile-_-pla-lucky+zone-_-add-on+cards-_-9SIAFJV94T0392&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=Cj0KCQiAk7TuBRDQARIsAMRrfUYOsHF3TEtBnxP19dK4ObNkozbqx3tpYFdqdrgacvDBqYizqehwBnkaAnvEEALw_wcB I could get this to work if i could find a bracket that would trun that screw hole 90 degrees so i could screw it into the case
  7. okay so i almost have everything figured out with this build except for one thing. I need a way to extend the PCIE outside the case by not string risers through the back panel. I am wondering if there is effectively a "riser card" that can screw into the back pcie panel. I need this so i can hide a USB extender card elsewhere inside the table. pretty much this is going to be an emulator table and it is going to have some Frankenstein retro controller adapters in it. so what im going for is using this https://www.newegg.com/arctic-white-corsair-carbide-series-atx-mid-tower/p/N82E16811139032 as basically a rack mount inside the table. and i want it to be easy to remove the system and there needs to be plug and play with the table. its kinda hard to explain but ya i need to be able to extend the pcie to an external slot then use risers to get to the other sections of the table. any ideas?
  8. so reason is stupid..... but ... i cant afford an extra cable right now but i have 3 monitors to computers. heres the problem my main pc i want to use in triple monitor mode SOMETIMES not all the time. and i have a 1080. ergo 1 hdmi and one dvi. and rest are display port. none of my monitors have display port sadly. so heres the question. theres are software's that allow device sharing over network. is there anything like this for monitor sharing over network???
  9. up to $200 usd
  10. thank you but i am looking for a CUBE form factor not your standard case form factor although i do like the look of that case
  11. Hello all!!!! i am looking for a great odular case ergo something like the older model of thermaltakes core v71 case. how ever i have realized 1 they no longer make it and 2 it is HUGE! so i have decided i want something just as modular but i like the cube form factor. any suggestions for decently priced cube case?? in other words no $400 caselabs cases lol.
  12. i am considering getting a thermaltake core v71 case due to the airflow capabilities it has. no my question is a 2 parter. 1st question. will inverting the motherboard allow for better air cooling of the GPU? 2nd question. can i move the motherboard tray in the core v71 to allow for the inverted setup? core V71 : https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133244
  13. i think my issue is that since im not planning on 3 plus sli the RGB is calling me
  14. right so the idea with that is not really the SLI side of it but just having more lanes in general for extra pcie cards such as ab elgato and a sound card and a Ethernet card ect.
  15. the reason for the WS is the PCIE cababilities of it. you can have up to 4 way sli .. not that i need that but.... it has the power to power all pcie lanes to full
