What do those results, the Cinebench score for instance, mean?
Cinebench is supposed to give you an idea of how well your hardware will perform in rendering workloads; what if Ryzen is (somehow) tuned to perform better in Cinebench than it would in a normal rendering workload though?

@Sampsy already addressed this earlier in this thread.
But I'm sure you'd ( @SamStrecker) argue that as anybody could achieve the same result with their VW that it's fine the emissions test results weren't representing the actual amount of exhaust being released into the environment.

We don't know what these settings actually do, so this is a bit sensationalistic, but anyone saying that this doesn't matter is delusional.

From what I can see its got a Asus Z170-A inside. Its very believable that they have higher quality parts than we belive since they can buy in bulk as a manfuacture and get their parts cheaper than your average consumer. Also those $20 window keys are OEM keys, meaning if you have an issue with windows your going to have to figure it out on your own. (though I am in a cisco class right now so thats going to be part of my job but I digress)

    If I had to guess:
    4c/4t to compete with i3's
    4c/8t to compete with i5's
6c/12t to compete with "normal" i7's like the 6700k
    8c/16t to compete with super-expensive cpu's like the 6900k

Also APU's will likely be spread around through the i3 and i5 range.

I don't believe for a second that the i3 market segment needs a 4c/8t processor.

In order to stream above 720p on Windows you must be on Windows 8/10 and using IE/Edge or the Netflix app; alternatively you can also stream in 1080p on OSX with Safari.
The Netflix app, unless also updated, can only stream content up to 1080p, though it does have improved audio AFAIK.

    I've tried all browsers, Windows 7 doesn't get 1080p.
When I checked a little over a year ago it went up to ~3000KB/s (their higher tier 720p), it now only goes up to ~2200KB/s (their lower tier 720p).
AFAIK you need to be on Windows 8/10 and using IE, Edge, or the Netflix App to get 1080p (~4000-6000KB/s); you can also get 1080p on OS X with Safari.

What do you mean, 200 watts max TDP on the SFF (vs. the 500 watt TDP limit on the ATX tower) sounds perfectly reasonable?
It'll obviously have less impressive specs, something like a 6700T and a GTX 1060 (maybe a 1070), but I don't think it'll have any issues cooling them.
