Mostly because those packs are expensive and even more expensive to ship to Canada, from what I've found so far it would be cheaper to buy a new PSU than order and ship those packs.

Easy way-ish, to accomplish this is via PC streaming. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 360 controllers I have hooked up to my PC with the wireless dongle work on the Xbox when it is streamed to my PC via the Xbox app. I have 2 one controllers and 2 360 controllers and I can play games like FIFA with 4 players now using this semi workaround. Not ideal for all I know, just worked with everything I already had set up anyways.

Just picked up an XBOX One with Kinect last month for $172 all in, how you ask? Went to the grand opening of the Microsoft Store at Pacific Centre here in Vancouver where they had door-crashers for refurbed xbone's with Kinect for $199 and scored a $50 gift card as well! So looking for some more friends on Xbox Live now, gamertag is "morbital" Also "morbital" on WiiU as well
