I’m not sure if This is a windows 10 wallpaper or a web browser issue. I believe a screen shot can be turned into a wallpaper if that’s what you mean.  A “homepage” implies a browser of some sort.  There are a bunch of those though

    It's an android phone.

Does enabling Intel virtualisation make newer prebuild pc goes haywire and malfunction? Was it safe?

It is safe, you enable it when you want to use virtual machines on your computer/laptop. If you aren't using virtualization, it won't change anything.

You might as well leave it on, many modern oses will use it for extra security features if enabled.

If enabling a feature of the CPU made the system go haywire and malfunction, that's not really a feature. It is fine to have on, and won't affect anything even if you aren't using it.

It is safe, built-in/supported feature by CPU. There is nothing to worry.

Guys I mean enabling VT and vtx, is it safe? On newer pc?

I'll help out. I'm assuming Oppo is running a version of Android with close to the same symbols. I may be using a different homescreen, but the concept is the same. Press and hold on the app to bring up quick settings. Press the (i) symbol to access settings for that individual app. You can toggle whether that app should have access to WiFi (I recommend not touching this) and Cellular Data. Hope this helps. @veltix

I believe in all Android devices there's a common category called Data usage in the settings. Inside theres an option to restrict background data.

In my HTC its like this:

If you are talking about taking everything full screen, I don't think that is possible. But maybe you can make one of the feeds take up the entire window.

Have you tried double clicking the video feed you want to take up the full screen?

Maybe if you open "Preview" you might get additional controls.

Also, please change the password, and don't dymo it to the screen... ?

I haven't used this particular system before. But I have used something similar.

I know one that does it upon right clicking on the video feed.

Maybe F11 does anything. Otherwise I would try click on a certain camera feed, try checking the settings and try right clicking on some stuff. Or try to 'drag' away certain windows by hovering with a mouse between the border of the two pieces.

Last time I've played that you needed Battlelog to start game. Or are you trying to get single player running?

I'd tried switching to Windows 8 compatibility and it was a crack game.
