So I'm confused I was building my girlfriend a computer and the motherboard I got was used so luckily i had extra parts so i swapped gpu (1050ti both cards) got same FPS swapped 3 different Cpu's (fx4130, fx4350, fx8350) installed drivers over and over... as soon as I was losing hope I decided to swap the motherboard ( *bad 970 gaming* *good 990fxa-gaming*) so why would the motherboard make me lose fps or stay at a low fps as it was previous was 15 fps (low) now its steady 60fps (medium) on csgo. I just don't understand what would cause the motherboard to do this, a lock maybe? A bad part?
