I google before asking, and what you linked only shows how to add a task bar to the second monitor and not how to add the apps running, language, volume, etc. Thanks anyways. Thank you! Although I couldn't get the lockscreen feature to work, it has a lot of other features including the second monitor task bar.

When my windows 10 PC is locked, only one monitor has a background while the second one is black. I googled it and found people say that there is a tool or a program for that feature, but I can't find the tool anywhere. If you know it please help. Also, is there a way to duplicate the main task bar to the second monitor? not just the clock and date, but also the running programs.

So I was looking to get a dual monitor ips setup, and I found these two monitors on sale and can't choose which to get. AOC i2267Fw 21.5" ($149.99 Here) Doesn't have vesa mounting. costs $12 more for shipping. Older than the lg. LG 22MP67HQ 21.5" ($149.99 Here) 5mil:1 contrast compared to aoc with 50mil:1. Newer than the AOC. Can someone with more knowledge help me decide which to get as I don't want to miss the promotion and have to wait. Thanks!
